A Revolution without a Leader!
Canada Free Press ^ | March 28, 2009 | JB Williams

Posted on 03/28/2009 3:03:01 PM PDT by PlainOleAmerican

With the people paralyzed by the post-election prospect of their worst fears coming true, economic calamity, explosive growth of a dangerously abusive power-drunk federal government, a multi-generational future of record breaking taxpayer debt as far as the eye can see, and an administration rushing to confiscate control of private industry after private industry, individual freedom and liberty seem nothing more than lost ideas of the past.

(snip)

They are desperate and looking for a leader to organize their march against federal tyranny under Democratic Socialists, soon to leave the freest nation on earth in a third world state of mandatory servitude under a Saul Alinsky – Bill Ayers and Barack Obama version of modern Democratic Marxism by mob rule. So far, no such Leader has Emerged!

A Canadien paper telling us how screwed we are.

A "conservative" paper seeing the writing on the wall.

Not to mention, a conservative American writer published in Canada, among other places, because the American MSM would never print such a pro-American message.

“And the multi-trillion dollar answer is????”

I could not live with myself if I do nothing. My supportive wife and daughter know that as well. I will do what is required, it is my duty.

Had the same conversation with my wife and kids... you are in good company! I refuse to live in fear of my government or anyone else... God Bless us all!

Let’s not worry about a leader and GET TO WORK!!!

Hey lady; long time, no type.

I would be the last to throw cold water on the grunt work necessary to get "our" guys elected, BUT, if you'll recall we've sortof been there and done that; some of us have the T-Shirts and coffee mugs to boot. The "conservative" revolution of '94 brought great hope to many of us that the tide had turned and the trash would soon get hauled out of DC. Went pretty well for a while.

After cleaning house for a few years "our" guys gradually succumbed to what is apparently a highly contagious bug fondly known as Potomac Fever. The most prominent symptom of which is spending taxpayers' money like drunk sailors on shore leave. When the denizens of DC aren't thinking of ways to spend our money, they're pondering ways to relieve us of more of our Constitutional rights. Our "servants" in DC, having usurped many powers NOT enumerated in our Constitution explicitly reserved to The States and The People, gave them the power, if not the authority, to play Robin Hood.

Reclaiming the powers reserved to The States and The People is the only way IMHO, to assure nothing like this can happen again, at least in our lifetimes. Your mileage may vary ;^)

My daughter is 11 yers old, adopted from Ukraine. I have taught her about her country’s history, Amreica’s history and where we are now. She will attend the American Tea Party Rally on April 15th. I have taught her how to treat my weapons with respect and she has fired them. My wife is a liberal and has new eyes lately. She sees now. She is almost as upset as I am. Yes, I am Blessed and surrounded by a loving family. I hope and trust you are as well. God Bless the Constitution and what is left of our America.

2nd that.

That little IP thing on your page is cute. What bothers these folks is they don’t know everything.

One of my sons had to move to Georgia to keep working (jobs are ,where they are) , within a month he was robbed. He filled out a police report. And while doing so he told the cop this does’nt happen in Alabama. The cop said, It’s because Alabama folks have guns. Then he told my son how and where to get a firearm. We ain’t alone.

We’ll get our Country back. One way or the other.

I agree. That’s why I’m working to elect good candidates in my city and state. AZ has gone more conservative while the country went left.

"She will attend the American Tea Party Rally on April 15th. I have taught her..."

Currently this is the best option. I highly commend you. It would be great if the states find the courage at least to call a constitutional convention and repeal the ability granted to the Feds to collect tax from individuals. This is were the feds get the power to usurp our individual rights and to bankrupt us. But I fear we do not even have the courage or knowledge of the system established by the founders for this relatively painless and bloodless measure.

Do you ever wonder why all the anger and threats have been directed towards the bankers and AIG and not toward congress or federal agencies like IRS? Almost every city in America has an IRS office. Ever see even a bit of graffiti on one of them? Maybe this is a hint of the true state of affairs in America.

This guy is right.

If we don’t have the balls to stand up and PEACEFULLY protest, for sure we don’t have the balls to VIOLENTLY protest.
