I have been watching and reading about the birth certificate issue for a long time now and as each day passes it is obviously building up to a crashendo, something sooner or later will have to give, sooner or later Obama will have to prove he is a naturally born citizen.
If he is; there must be some ramifications, what fool would spend so much money and so much doubt with the populace if he were lagit? So there must be something that he does not want us to see if he is a true naturally born citizen.
If he is not? Well we may have all sorts of problems! First of all; it is a felony to take money under false pretenses! A billion dollars for your campaign would likely add up to a lot of felonies. I am sure the laws he may have broken would be a mile long.
So how would the public react to their president being arrested? Will race be an issue at this point? I don't think so. My personal opinion is that if the average American found out that this whole time he was being deceived I think most would be very pissed! He won't have a chance! People across the board will be horrified that it was all a charade! The second people knew it was all a falsehood he will be instantly be toast!
Say hello to President Biden and VP Pelosi, unless they knew as well, if so they will finish off the sandwich and the dems for years to come, not to mention the press.
The Federal Marshals will drag him out by his panhandles.
I concur. When he becomes an embarrassment he will become disposal and those who supported him will be "shocked" to discover what they knew all along.

Get a life. We need to be paying attention to legislation and grooming electable Constitutional-conservative candidates for the next congressional election and next Presidential election.
I’m betting that at least half the country doesn’t even know that natural born U.S. citizenship is a requirement and if told, it wouldn’t matter to them.

And then there is the trip to Hawaii that the Pre-—ent one made to see his ailing grandmother. Yeah right; a quick trip to the Register of Deeds was the real reason: “Fix this quick!”
There are too many stop gaps that the Odumbo gang will employ. And worst of all, the slobbering lovefest media has probably already committed to hiding the evidence and covering for their guy.

The most likely interpretation of the Constitution is that the time for challenging the qualifications of someone is while that person is president-elect. See Amendment XX which speaks only of if the president-elect shall fail to have qualified, and says nothing about if the president shall fail to have qualified. The Constitution would likely be interpreted such that any challenge going directly to his qualifications should have been raised and dealt with in the electoral college stage of things.
So to remove him from office would require impeachment, conviction and removal by Congress. Running for office under a false pretense would be a “high crime or misdemeanor” if the House and Senate considered it so.
We saw in the case of Bill Clinton that whether impeachment and conviction is an effective remedy depends on the popularity of the president and the political make-up and will of the Congress.
Obama would have to become very, very unpopular for it to become politically palatable for the House and Senate to impeach and remove him, at least so long as they are controlled by the Democrat party.
And Obama’s core constituencies (minorities, single women, left-liberals, etc.) are attached to him for reasons such as emotion, dependence on government largesse or racial loyalty, so even if his policies economically and internationally clearly prove to be a disaster for the country, it’s not clear that his core constituencies would be weakened sufficiently for his opponents to win an impeachment and conviction.
A lot of questions that have passed through my mind also.
I believe it is about 3 to, maybe 3 to 1, that he is not legally qualified. There is very little chance that this will be proven to the satisfaction of a lot of people. Or proven in a legally accepted manner. IOW, the SCOTUS is not going down this road, no matter what they believe.
If, in a far fetched scenario, that does happen, I fully believe he will refuse to step down. I believe the Dems in congress will back him up to the hilt. I further believe he and the Dems in congress will together refuse to relinquish the government and their power. Probably some form of martial law will be invoked.
What I have no idea of is, will this spark armed resistance? Will the military back them up? No clue.
I also believe that over the next 4 years we are going to see what amounts to a purge of the commissioned personnel in order to further the odds of the military standing with the Dems.
But I can’t believe anyone in the courts or justice system with the power necessary to force the issue has the will to do so. The Republic is dead regardless of the scenario that occurs.

Since Obozo owns the MSM, Hollywood, unions, higher education, lower education, all 3 branches of government, community organizers, blacks, most governors, and more....I guess we could assume that would be the machine we’d have to rage against. Though, it’s probably the case that about half the nation wouldn’t take sides because they don’t give a damn about anything but the next American Idol show.
