It seems that Obama is not only controlling media criticism but also wants the thought police to knock on doors. Let's see "Free Speech" under Russia, Cuba, Venezuela, the Taliban, Iran and the United States - it's getting harder to tell the difference. Congress needs to stand up for voices of dissension!

Can you please post the text of Jesse Merrell’s letter to the judge so that we might make up our own minds? IOW, how am I to know that Jesse didn’t threaten the judge?
I suppose it’s the emotional distressed judge determines when he has ‘emotional distress’ to send in the Marshals.

What I do know is that this judge is a leftist loon.

In the fight to reclaim and retake our country back, not only do we need to throw out the entire demoRAT socialists in Congress (and the Rinos & the state demoRAT governments), I think that we also need to throw out 80% of the judges in this country who no longer adhere to the constitution or constitutional law, but instead twist & make up laws as they go. Our judicial system has been corrupted by socialist-fascist-commie pig ideology, in the same way our education system & political system has been. Run these judicial bastards out on a rail along with the demoRAT bastard socialists!!!

If he was a mature adult, well experienced in the trenches on the bench with lawyers, he should have heard things like this many times before. I mean to say, he should have thick skin. If it were so frivolous to him, why even bother sending marshalls out?
In other words, it sounds exactly like he has thin skin, can’t take criticism of his opinions, and is seeking vengeance.
