Is that an Adam’s apple?
Never mind, you got me! LOL
Don’t you even watch with captioning, frank?

[You are a DUnce but on this you're right. Even a broken clock is correct twice a day.]
This is a good one PJ. Thanks, I need a good laugh today. Seems like KO got a call from BO's staff.
I can no longer watch MSNBC because COMCAST moved it to a digital tier that I can't watch unless I pay extra and get a converter box.Bull.
No, absolutely not.
Actually, it's easier to watch television, even if one is deaf, without that nonsense.
It clutters, and interrupts while one is trying to "focus" on the screen.
The other week, I was in a waiting-room, and Fox News was on. It was a monstrosity. On the left two-thirds of the screen, there was a commentator delivering a story, about some scandal in New Jersey, with a little tiny screen behind her, showing the story. On the right one-third of the screen, there were two small screens one atop the other, one of them about Barbara Bush going into the hospital, the other about some bank robbery in North Carolina. And then running along the bottom of the screen there was a running story about 0bumble's meeting on health care.
Man.
I don't see how even hearing people can put up with this.
It was just too much, so I gave up trying to decipher things, longing for the days when Dan Rather was the only thing on the screen without all this other stuff.
By the way, I "read" (no captioning) Dan Rather like a book. I knew he was a liar, just from interpreting his body language, 23 years before anybody else discovered it. I always said he was a liar, but nobody believed me.
MIDDLE SCHOOL? You generously over-estimate the mental capacity of the KOmmies and DUmmies....
Pre-K is being optimistic....
I'm surprised any of them can read what is on their computer screens thru the crayon scribble....
“Bull.
In suburban Chi. pMSNBC is on COMCAST BASIC Cable, channel 59.”
We’ve had Comcast for a few years, after our apartment complex switched from another local cable company. We went from the Basic tier for that company to the Basic tier for Comcast, losing MSNBC in the process (but we still had Fox news). MSNBC was only available on a higher tier. When we recently got our digital converter boxes, we got MSNBC back. It is now channel 120, which was previously “snow” or a black screen with the “not authorized” message.
You’re right. Captioning *IS* a distraction, but sometimes it’s entertaining to see the way they’ve screwed up the words. We don’t need it, of course, but there have been a few times I’ve turned it on.
I guess this means that Saint KO is no longer OK.
I'm going to have to dig into this and see what the heck is going on?
Frankly, I didn’t miss MSNBC at all when we didn’t have it, and I haven’t really bothered to turn over to it since we got it back (except to turn on Rachel Maddow briefly out of curiosity). We’re in suburban Atlanta, btw. YOu said suburban Chicago? Where? I used to live in Schaumburg, worked in Rolling Meadows, and I have relatives in Naperville and in Chicago.
