Here is video from The View today where the ladies were hot and bothered over Rush Limbaugh's speech at CPAC! Elisabeth Hasselbeck stood up for Rush, but the other three "ladies" went after him. Whoopi Goldberg said his comments were "crappy," especially him saying he hopes Obama fails when we haven't even tried his approach yet. . . . . . (Watch Video)

I hope Obama fails.
I hope his policies fail.
I KNOW socialism will fail, because it has failed everywhere that it has been tried.
Sadly, New York City changes people, perhaps it's a genuine change or not, but their public political demeanor changes.
As I said, I've got big problems with EH. But, the fact of the matter is she needs to work, live and socialize in THE most liberal city in the country. Plus, she has to play empty-headed sycophant when celebutards come on the show to plug their latest and greatest worthless project.
I'm resigned to the fact the EH is probably the best conservatives can ever hope for on that show. My guess is she'll only get worse as time goes by.

Not only did they say they wanted him to fail(quit), but they said he DID fail - thank you Harry Reid. Why Republicans don't bring this up every time the subject is mentioned is beyond me.
How many times did we hear from all corners of the media, that it was PATRIOTIC to oppose GWB? Isn't it equally PATRIOTIC to oppose Barack Hussein Obama?

This isn’t an economic recovery plan. It is a deliberate looting of the nation’s wealth to sell us into generations of socialist poverty.

Rush’s saying that he wants Obama’s policies to fail is no different than the liberals saying they don’t support the mission of our troops in Iraq.
No. It is no longer patriotic to dissent. Or to question authority.
Why?
Because Stalinists lie. Always. They cannot debate in the arena of ideas. They must achieve their goals through direct lies, distortions, lies by omission, and hypocritical stances.
Our nation’s foreign policy researchers used to be aware of this, that Communists were not honest in their media or speeches. They will lie to your face. Convincingly. And never look back when the past is revised and they change a position.
The Left cheered at each “notable” death (1,000... 3,000...) even though they had to cook the books to get at those figures (non-combat deaths, people who died crossing the highway in Kansas while on leave...).
No one, not even Rush, is cheering as the stock market dips below 7,000.
The stock market doesn’t seem very happy with Obama’s approach. But, if she thinks we should try an approach first to see if it works, how about we do nothing and see if that works? Would she go for that? Poor Whoopie is logic challenged.

If I thought Obama’s spending spree would actually improve the economy, I might be persuaded to support it. But relevant facts and historical experience indicate that it won’t. It’s simply going to enormously increase a debt that we won’t be able to pay. And the country will suffer because of that. If Obama wants to succeed, he should learn something and depart from his Marxist/Socialist/Alinsky past.
