Answers:
1. We plan to screw them over royally and shift the mortgages in default to them.
2. Yes, we plan to bail out any bank, no matter how irresponsible they were.
3. How DARE you ask such a question, you RACIST!
4. See above.
5. WE don’t. We are just throwing money at the wall and see if anything sticks.
6. We will draft it and have the usual suspects sponsor it and then we’ll ram it down your throats without allowing anyone to read it.
7. RACIST!

What will your plan do for the over 90 percent of homeowners who are playing and paying by the rules? It'll keep them bent over with their hands locked firmly around their ankles.

1. What will your plan do for the over 90 percent of homeowners who are playing and paying by the rules?
2. Does your plan compensate banks for bad mortgages they should have never made in the first place?
3. Will individuals who misrepresented their income or assets on their original mortgage application be eligible to get the taxpayer funded assistance under your plan?
4. Similarly, will you require mortgage servicers to verify income and other eligibility standards before modifying mortgages?
5. What will you do to prevent the same mortgages that receive assistance and are modified from going into default three, six, or eight months later?
6. How do you intend to move forward in the drafting of the legislation and who will author it?

Eric Cantor is a great guy. He’s my representative here in Richmond and I have a great deal of respect for him! But enough with the pansie ass, sissy pie, written requests!! Dems are playing hardball while we play whiffle ball!!
Sean Connery in “The Untouchables” said...”the way to beat them is if they bring a knife you bring a gun. If they put one of yours in the hospital, you put one of theirs in the morgue. That’s the Chicago way”. (something that b hussein knows a lot about)

More from the article:
But the most important thing they said yesterday was in a statement from Boehner. And this has to be drilled into the American people's heads.
There are many unanswered questions that remain about the proposal that was announced today. Why should we reward Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac with $200 billion in taxpayer dollars without first reforming these housing entities that were at the heart of the economic meltdown?
This entire crisis was brought on by the Community Reinvestment Act, where millions of people who could not qualify for a standard mortgage at market rates got a subprime one backed by the federal government through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. This created an artificial demand that drove up housing prices. When the subprime mortgage rates jumped from the teaser rates to the "real" rate after a few years, it sunk the unqualified homeowner, and the wave of foreclosures began, leading us to where we are today.
A Socialist program got us into this mess and the Republicans are right to position themselves as responsible adults. Getting these questions answered and shuttering Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac would be a good start.
