I hear tell of such fare but have never had it. I do like the huckleberries....jam, syrup, etc... We like to vacation at Chico Hot Springs at Pray, MT. No phones, no tv, just quiet and peaceful and fishing the Yellowstone River.

Montana's record low temperature was -70°F / -57°C - January 20, 1954 Rogers Pass, Montana.

In America you can stay warm and toasty when it’s -70F outside because inside your home you control the heater thermostat. In Ceausescu’s Romania, the government was controlling the thermostat at the heating and hot water distribution plant. And they had a bad habit of turning it down until the water in the glass you put on the nightstand was turning into ice. So you were turning yourself into an icicle in your own bed at only -1F. Now tell me, where it’s colder, in Montana or in communist Romania?

2. Beef of pork ribs smoked in my H20 smoker for 3-4 hours, then slowly grilled while smothered in Sweet Baby Ray Hickory BBQ sauce.
I admit I am not the best BBQ chef, but these are tasting pretty darn good.

Thanks. About understanding liberty: I believe it would be great if somehow we could ship all liberals for a 6 month trip to Cuba or North Korea, but not as Western tourists with pockets full of cash; nope they should work and live and enjoy all the benefits of victorious socialism as their NK or Cuban humble hosts. Kind of “Dirty Jobs” combined with “Survivorman” extended for 180 days and no camera and support crew. That would cure them of badmouthing capitalism and quoting Noam Chomsky.

Yep, it was real tasty. The guy who gave it to me was a hunting guide just norht of Helena. He also showed me a picture of the cat before he told me what I was eating. It wasn't gamey or tough at all.
