And it has only been 3 weeks of BHO.
It seems to indicate the mood of the American people has already soured on the Democrats and the new Administration’s performance to date, and plans moving forward.
This is what happens when Republicans do not allow themselves to be intimidated. It’s about time we started fighting back. GO GOP!
As long as they are Conservative it’s a good thing.
If it’s RINOs I could care less.
To me that just means they will move faster on their agenda to get it in place. Once it’s there it will be near impossible to get rid of.
No doubt.
It wil also be impossible for them to disassociate themselves from their failed economic plans.
Well, here is the ugly reality: Even if Obama is a one termer and the GOP elects Reagan’s clone along with picking up many house seats, nevertheless, it will take generations to undo this porkulus package. Remember social security and welfare, folks? That’s why I get a big kick out of all or nothing conservative activists. Most don’t realize that when liberals put their agendas in place, it’ll be forever...while all or nothing’s sit home and wait for the next coming of Ronald Reagan.
going to be a long 2 years!!!!!!!!
Right, 5 steps backwards if McCain is elected or 10,000 steps towards Communism with Obama. Pick your poison.
BTT
The problem for Republicans is that this stimulus bill will slow down the recovery, but a recovery is still going to happen within the next 2-4 years. We are not going into a depression and most of the doomsday talk is way overblown. Unemployment is a lagging indicator, which means we are already at the back end of the recession. Now, come next election time, the Democrats AND THEIR MEDIA FRIENDS will be talking about the “Great Depression of 2008” that Obama got us out of (even though his policies will have nothing to do with it and the poor health of the economy will be exaggerated greatly).
The American people, gullible as they are, will fall for it hook, line, and sinker...and Obama will be re-elected in 2012. The Republicans will probably make gains in the House in 2010, but it will be several elections (6+ years) before they can even begin to hope for majority status again.
If a frog had wings...........
I really wished this mattered.
