Well...to be fair...it's a hat...made out of hair...but still. WHY? Artist Nagi Noda, creator of the hair hats, is nutty as a fruit bat.

Elaine: “Well, that’s a type of Sable isn’t it?”
Ipswich: “No, it’s a type of Rat. And a poorly made one even by Rat Hat standards.”
I forgot all about the goat hair when I saw the poodle exercise video just below it. Creepy does not begin to describe it. I am gonna have bad dreams now, ain’t I?
