Our federal government is getting so outrageously top-heavy that it will crash just like the banks it now owns. It will happen practically overnight.

Obama is looking more and more like Lincoln. And I don’t mean that in a good way.

Maybe that Russian guy predicting the breakup of the good ol’ USofA is on to something. I doubt that Vermont is going to sign on to this.

Divorce Decree again: We Want a Divorce.

Dear American liberals, leftists, social progressives, socialists, Marxists, Obama supporters, et al:

We have stuck together since the late 1950s, but the whole of this latest election process has made me realize that I want a divorce. I know we tolerated each other for many years for the sake of future generations, but sadly, this relationship has run its course. Our two ideological sides of America cannot and will not ever agree on what is right, so let’s just end it on friendly terms. We can smile, chalk it up to irreconcilable differences, and go our own ways.

Here is a model dissolution agreement. Our two groups can equitably divide up the country by land mass each taking a portion. That will be the difficult part, but I am sure our two sides can come to a friendly agreement. After that it should be relatively easy! Our respective representatives can effortlessly divide other assets since both sides have such distinct and disparate tastes. We don’t like re-distributive taxes so you can keep them. You are alsowelcome to keep the liberal judges and the ACLU.

Since you hate guns and war, we’ll take our firearms, the cops, the NRA, and the military. You can keep Oprah, Michael Moore, and Rosie O’Donnell (you are however, responsible for finding a bio-diesel vehicle big enough to move them). We’ll keep the capitalism, greedy corporations, pharmaceutical companies, Wal-Mart, and Wall Street. You can have your beloved homeless, homeboys, hippies, and illegal aliens. We’ll keep the hot Alaskan Hockey Moms, greedy CEOs, and Rednecks.

We’ll keep the Bibles and give you NBC and Hollywood .

You can make nice with Iran, Palestine, and France, and we’ll retain the right to invade and hammer places that threaten us. You can have the peaceniks and war protesters. When our allies or way of life are under assault, we’ll protect them militarily.

We’ll keep our Judeo-Christian Values. You are welcome to Islam, Scientology, Humanism, and Shirley McClain. You can have the U.N. but we will no longer be paying the bill. We’ll keep the SUVs, pickup trucks, and oversized luxury cars. You can take every Volvo, Subaru and Yugo you can find. You can give everyone healthcare, that is if you can find any practicing doctors (that is“practicing”, Howard Dean) who will follow to your turf. We’ll continue to believe health care is a luxury and not a right.

We’ll keep The Battle Hymn of the Republic and The National Anthem. I’m sure you’ll be happy to substitute Imagine, I’d Like to Teach The World To Sing, Kum Ba Ya, or We Are the World.

We’ll practice trickle down economics, and you can give trickle up poverty its best shot. Since it often so offends you. we’ll also keep our History, our Name, and our Flag.

Would you agree to this? In the spirit of friendly parting, I’ll bet you ANWAR on who will need whose help in 15 years.

Sincerely,

You

The first shot has been fired! Contact state reps and get this passed in EVERY state (yes, all 57). Watch the insane inhabitants of Versailles go over the edge.

I wonder what Obama will do if he will move on to enact new Federal firearms registration laws or another so called "assault" weapon ban after the New Hampshire legislative passes HCR6.

The operative word here is PASSES.

I will with hold my praise for the New Hampshire legislature until such time as this bill passes and is signed in to law.

Wonderful bills like this periodically are submitted in the states only to die of neglect in committee.

The few representatives in our legislatures that understand freedom and what it is to be a “Statesman” are looked upon by there fellow representatives as weird. I believe the chances of this bill ever seeing debate on the floor as 50 to 1 against at best.

What do you think?

V. Any act regarding religion; further limitations on freedom of political speech; or further limitations on freedom of the press.

Bless their hearts, but I’m afraid nothing will come of it.

Sadly, there just aren’t enough liberty-loving people left in America for anything like this to have effect. We have capitulated, and have allowed ourselved to be overwhelmed.

Thank the brave sponsors; however, Represntatives give out their personal e-mail accounts. Senator William Denley has a state e-mail account:

I asked this on a similar thread and now I’ll flat out say it: “New Hampshire just threw down the gauntlet.” Other states need to get something like this in place before the time comes that it is too late.

“That any Act by the Congress of the United States, Executive Order of the President of the United States of America or Judicial Order by the Judicatories of the United States of America which assumes a power not delegated to the government of United States of America by the Constitution for the United States of America and which serves to diminish the liberty of the any of the several States or their citizens shall constitute a nullification of the
Constitution for the United States of America by the government of the United States of America.

Acts which would cause such a nullification include, but are not limited to:

I. Establishing martial law or a state of emergency within one of the States comprising the United States of America without the consent of the legislature of that State.

II. Requiring involuntary servitude, or governmental service other than a draft during a declared war, or pursuant to, or as an alternative to, incarceration after due process of law.

III. Requiring involuntary servitude or governmental service of persons under the age of 18 other than pursuant to, or as an alternative to, incarceration after due process of law.

IV. Surrendering any power delegated or not delegated to any corporation or foreign government.

V. Any act regarding religion; further limitations on freedom of political speech; or further limitations on freedom of the press.

VI. Further infringements on the right to keep and bear arms including prohibitions of type or quantity of arms or ammunition; and
That should any such act of Congress become law or Executive Order or Judicial Order be put into force, all powers previously delegated to the United States of America by the Constitution for the United States shall revert to the several States individually. Any future government of the United States of America shall require ratification of three quarters of the States seeking to form a government of the United States of America and shall not be binding upon any State not seeking to form such a government; and

That copies of this resolution be transmitted by the house clerk to the President of the United States, each member of the United States Congress, and the presiding officers of each State’s legislature.’
