Dignity, wherefore art thou?
The President sure is making friends off the bat, isn't he? His silly glove across the face of Rush Limbaugh is already filling up blog space everywhere tonight - and rightly so. It's been a while since we've seen this kind of pettiness coming from the White House. This is just the latest in what has been nearly four days of yanking away the so-called olive branch Barack Obama spent the better part of his campaign promising to extend to the other side and shoving it into the nether regions of his opponents.
After all, in his own words, "I won." (I'll get to that in a moment).
Let's run through a quick checklist ...
He has already endeared himself to the families of the victims of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks by announcing the closing of the detention center at Guantanamo Bay. He's reached out to pro-lifers by lifting the ban on overseas abortion funding. His economic advisor has decided the white professionals are not good enough for the rebuilding of America's infrastructure. The benediction at his inauguration was, arguably, the most racist prayer I have heard this side of Jeremiah Wright. And he's already proven what a ray of sunshine he is in dealing with questions he doesn't wish to answer.
Why can't he just eat his waffle?
And now this.

I’m embarrassed for our country.
Obama is showing himself to be a spiteful, nasty little man.

The best thing that BaCrack can do is to go after Limbaugh. he should have Pelosi draft the Crush Rush or Hush Rush (you pick) bill to silence him. That should be fun to watch.
Obama (most merciful) is already so yesterday.
I said that about Blago’s press conference this afternoon.
Now I can’t decide which one sounds more childish.

This is why we needed to hold our fire between the election and Obama taking office. He was bound to quickly give us policy and decorum reasons to criticize him. And now it does not sound like sore losers.
But now he's reentering his glory, even more glorious than the Clinton siege.
A bulldog like him is never happy unless he's gnawing on a liberal, and he's now got a fresh juicy one to sink his fangs into.
I won't miss a show for the next 4 years!
Rush will have a wonderful time with this, and the parody songs are being made **now**! :-)

I’ve always seen this type of destructive insecurity, immaturity, pettiness—and viciousness—among liberals.
Observe Obama carefully.
His lack of manners and graciousness in certain social situations is very apparent.
I’m reminded by the incident at the Ground Zero memorial where he TOSSED his rose, while McCain knelt and bowed and PLACED IT GENTLY on the memorial.
Don’t forget he dissed Nancy Reagan at his first press conference by erroneously connecting her to holding seances at the White House. He ended up having to apologize for that one. They guy never learns to keep his mouth shut.
