Look at my fellow conservatives…… silver lining in …… Barak Obama…. Presidency : The Era of White Guilt is over. …..white Americans didn’t [care] about skin color. [Voted] for.. black man. Therefore, as of Nov 4th, 2008, white guilt is dead.

For many white Obama voters I know, getting closure from inherent racial guilt is a major factor in voting for him. They wouldn't phrase it like that, exactly, but they definitely see themselves as having reached an emotional milestone and proven something to themselves and the world.
"I voted for Obama" is mathmatical proof that you're not racist, as far as liberals are concerned. This cathartic election is going to have a profound effect on race relations, and much to the detriment of people who use racial guilt professionally. For a lot of well meaning but gullible white people, the demon has been exorcised, and it's influence over them is largely gone.
....once a white man gives in to a black man it just emboldens him to demand more.....race war is coming and Obama’s election will hurry it along.
Some superb post-election analysis coming round today, and this is another. I do wonder if we can now dispense with “minority” bias in govt contracting. Or higher education admission criteria, for that matter. That would only be fair.

I agree that slavery was horrible and the years that followed when blacks were kept down were horrible as well. I think blacks deserve something for all that, how about a one way ticket to Africa where they were to begin with? Any of them up for that?
