Affidavit Supporting Polarik's Evidence in Keyes vs. Lingle
Keyes vs. Lingle ^ | 12/4/2008 | Sandra Ramsey Lines

Posted on 01/06/2009 11:52:38 AM PST by Kevmo

1. I am Sandra Ramsey Lines, With an adddres at... I am a former federal examiner and law enforcement officer. I began training as a forensic document examiner in 1991. I am a Certified Diplomat of Forensic Sciences, a member of the American Society of Questioned Document Examiners, a member of the Southwestern Association of Forensic Document Examiners, and a member of the Questioned Document Subcommittee of the American Society of Testing and Materials. My background and credentials are set forth in Exhibit I attached hereto.

2. I have reviewed the attached affidavit posted on the internet from “Ron Polarik,” [PDF] who has declined to provide his name because of a number of death threats he has received. After my review and based on my years of experience, I can state with certainty that the COLB presented on the internet by the various groups, which include the “Daily Kos,” the Obama Campaign, “Factcheck.org” and others cannot be relied upon as genuine. Mr. Polarik raises issues concerning the COLB that I can affirm. Software such as Adobe Photoshop can produce complete images or alter images that appear to be genuine; therefore, any image offered on the internet cannot be relied upon as being a copy of the authentic document.

3. Upon a cursory inspection of the internet COLB, one aspect of the image that is clearly questionable is the obliteration of the Certificate No. That number is a tracking number that would allow anyone to ask the question, “Does this number refer to the Certification of Live Birth for the child Barack Hussein Obama II?” It would not reveal any further personal information; therefore, there would be no justifiable reason for oliterating it.

4. In my experience as a forensic document examiner, if an original of any document exists, that is the document that must be examined to obtain a definitive finding of genuineness or non-genuineness. In this case, examination of the vault birth certificate for President-Elect Obama would lay this issue to rest once and for all.

I’m merely tired of Free Republic being over run with laughable conspiracy theories.

The problem here is that these theories have a lot of evidence to support them that has not been countered. They could be completely debunked simply by producing a true birth certificate. But Obama has spent tens of thousands of dollars trying to keep that from happening, not even wanting it to be seen by a judge in chambers in consult with a document expert, not to be released to the public. Logically that means it can't be a matter of privacy.

I've had to show my birth certificate for all sorts of things that were far short of meeting a constitutional requirement for the highest office of the land. Why is Obama willing to spend time and money, and feed conspiracy theorists caviar, to avoid doing what most of us have to do from time to time?

A rational person who doesn't even believe in the conspiracy has to ask, "Why?"

Well, you really are not bringing anything useful to this discussion. Did you sign up last week to join FR to make contributions like this?

Really, I’m curious. What motivates you to join a discussion/activism group that you hold in such low regard?

I’m just saying, you all seem to be all over this, surely you should have come up with something by now.
***See the post above about requiring us good conservatives to prove a negative. Yet another of your classic fallacies. And in this sentence you resort to, once again, the argument from silence.

All I’ve ever gotten from any of you are the following lines things:

1) “Barack’s granny or the Kenya ambassador said...”
***And that is securely placed in an affidavit in the case against Obama in a court of law. If there was more we could do, we’d do it. Your requirement derives from your continued fallacy of arguing from silence, which is forgiveable a couple of times but when the dog returns to its vomit too often, it is evidence you’re simply a CoLB Troll. One of them French Coward trolls, to be exact.

2) Some conspiracy nut who won’t even give his real name said the COLB is fake, and even then it doesn’t prove anything (you don’t stop to think of the contradiction).
***You didn’t even read this affidavit. There’s an actual, bonafide forensics expert signing on with Polarik’s opinion. So you need to stop trolling, just due to this one fact alone.

3) The amount of cases brought, how many have gone to conference (as if filing a number of junk lawsuits somehow makes up for the fact that they’re still junk lawsuits), completely ignoring the fact that they’ve all been rejected or thrown out.
***First of all, only a couple of them have been thrown out by SCOTUS. They’ve been forwarded 4 times, which seems to escape your notice even though it’s repeatedly pointed out to you. That there is evidence of trollhood. How much more evidence do we need to prove you are a troll? And then there’s your attitude. This is a constitutional issue being discussed on this constitutional website over the constitutional eligibility of the highest office in the land and you call it “junk lawsuits”. How many junk lawsuits in ANY other issue have had 5 concurrent cases before SCOTUS and 4 forwards? NONE! That’s proof they’re not junk, so get lost.

4)I’m a troll.
***Glad to see you’re catching on here.

5)I hate/don’t care about/am too cowardly to defend the Constitution.
***Again, glad to see maybe you’re making progress.

All of this time put in, and this is the best you can come up with. Yeah, Obama’s going down. Only $10 away now. I beliiieeevvveee.
***Ahh, thank you. The horse laugh. Another classic fallacy which is usually a sign that the opponent is running out of ammunition. I’ve demonstrated your continued use of classic fallacies and you keep coming back. More and more, signs of a simple troll. Doesn’t it bother you that your comrades on either side of you are Obamanoids? Have you even examined your purpose in your attempts to discourage constitutionalists on a constitutionalist website?

The thing is, it's not up to us to prove that Mr. Oboma was born elsewhere.
He's the one trying for the job.
It's up to him to prove that he WAS born in the USA, or was born elsewhere but still qualifies as a "natural born citizen".

It's up to the candidate to prove their qualifications.
Or, it should be.

Forgive me if I don’t take the media’s word for it since it would be highly illegal to state what was on the birth certificate.

Why not reserve your harsh words towards the liars and thugs that make up the MSM and Democratic party? And the gutless wonders who seem to be the majority of the Repubs? The all are either aiding and abetting a fraudulent thug, or too neutered to issue a challenge. All this is their fault, not people who are actually concerned that the Constitutional requirements for being President are being spat on.

Why are you attacking people here, and those trying to get to the bottom of this? Why not go after those responsible for the freaking mess?

1. Check out my posts and show me how I’m a troll. I presented this challenge to El Gato and anyone else, but so far no takers.
***I called you a troll above, and Triple has some posts of yours that point out you’re a troll.

I also, totally voluntarily, posted my conservative credentials.
***Then you won’t have any trouble posting your idealogy. Let’s start with the Front page, the “Statement by FR’s Founder:
In our continuing fight for freedom, for America and our constitution...”
***Address this, and why you find yourself in opposition to those who are “We aggressively defend our God-given and first amendment guaranteed rights” and our constitution.

Then you can proceed to the definition of conservative, as provided by JimRob. Each of these items in commas, give us your view. Then when you’re done, explain why you are in opposition to those who agree with this entire statement.

“As a conservative site, Free Republic is pro-God, pro-life, pro-family, pro-Constitution, pro-Bill of Rights, pro-gun, pro-limited government, pro-private property rights, pro-limited taxes, pro-capitalism, pro-national defense, pro-freedom, and-pro America. We oppose all forms of liberalism, socialism, fascism, pacifism, totalitarianism, anarchism, government enforced atheism, abortionism, feminism, homosexualism, racism, wacko environmentalism, judicial activism, etc.”

You posted your “conservative credentials” and it seems you put some stock in the republican party. Address JimRob’s statement of how idealogy trumps party affiliation:
“We are not connected to or funded by any political party,”

Once you’re done with this little exercise, we’ll have an idea of how someone who thinks of himself as a conservative can find himself shooting constitutional conservatives in the back.

Makes me think length of time spent in here isn’t that important.
***Maybe when you’ve been here as many weeks as I have YEARS, then you’ll get a tad bit of credit for that. But you’ve already taken to insulting people from lines in “Deliverance”. You’ve quickly managed to build up a classic portfolio of trollboy.
