I found TWO cases that were denied outright. And those cases were resubmitted and then forwarded. Those cases may sound familiar to you by now. So if they are forwarded “automatically”, how can they be denied? You can’t have one with the other.
Are you referring to the Donofrio case and the controversy about Justice Thomas taking the matter to the full court?

If you’re talking about this set of cases, which I guess you are, despite your cryptic reply, the application for a stay (not the case on the merits) was denied outright, which was the reason for my initial question that asked for clarification on that 1/200 number.
Why do you put the burden of proof on us? Obama is the one applying for the job, with a straightforward requirement of eligibility. The burden of proof is on him, and he submitted forged documentation towards that requirement. As far as predictability and boringness, I predict you won’t respond to the substance of this post because you got nuthin’. That’s what trolls do.

This comment by WO4 is interesting. He wants us - ordinary citizens without access to gov etc files - to prove a negative. To prove that 0bama was not born in the US, which we don’t know, one way or the other.
OTOH, 0bama has scrubbed/sealed/changed practically every official record of his entire life, plus offered a forgery as fake proof, and thus proved nothing about where he was born or his citizenship status.
How can private individuals - especially after all the above mentioned scrubbing etc - get ahold of 0bama’s passports, school and university records, adoption or name change records and original birth certificate to prove anything? We are dealing with small crumbs of information that dedicated researchers are doing their best to find.
0bama could show everyone in the world, within 24 hours, evidence that proves he is a natural born citizen with nothing to hide.
Why doesn’t he? The only answer anyone can come up with is:
“Because there is no controlling legal authority”. And who said that a few years ago?
I’m just saying, you all seem to be all over this, surely you should have come up with something by now. All I’ve ever gotten from any of you are the following lines things:
1) “Barack’s granny or the Kenya ambassador said...”
2) Some conspiracy nut who won’t even give his real name said the COLB is fake, and even then it doesn’t prove anything (you don’t stop to think of the contradiction).
3) The amount of cases brought, how many have gone to conference (as if filing a number of junk lawsuits somehow makes up for the fact that they’re still junk lawsuits), completely ignoring the fact that they’ve all been rejected or thrown out.
4)I’m a troll.

If you would take the time to read all or even 50% of the threads that have been ongoing about this for at least a couple of months, then your comments might carry some weight, and if you are open minded, you might change your tune.

You may have missed it since the Okubo statement appears to have been scrubbed into the bit bucket by the Main Stream Media websites.
