I found TWO cases that were denied outright. And those cases were resubmitted and then forwarded. Those cases may sound familiar to you by now. So if they are forwarded “automatically”, how can they be denied? You can’t have one with the other.
If you’re talking about this set of cases, which I guess you are, despite your cryptic reply, the application for a stay (not the case on the merits) was denied outright, which was the reason for my initial question that asked for clarification on that 1/200 number.
