I'm asking your opinion on it. You can read the docket. How many cases did you see that weren't forwarded for conference? Could you find a single one that wasn't forwarded for conference? I didn't, but then, I didn't look that hard.

I found TWO cases that were denied outright. And those cases were resubmitted and then forwarded. Those cases may sound familiar to you by now. So if they are forwarded “automatically”, how can they be denied? You can’t have one with the other.
