1. I am Sandra Ramsey Lines, With an adddres at... I am a former federal examiner and law enforcement officer. I began training as a forensic document examiner in 1991. I am a Certified Diplomat of Forensic Sciences, a member of the American Society of Questioned Document Examiners, a member of the Southwestern Association of Forensic Document Examiners, and a member of the Questioned Document Subcommittee of the American Society of Testing and Materials. My background and credentials are set forth in Exhibit I attached hereto.
2. I have reviewed the attached affidavit posted on the internet from “Ron Polarik,” [PDF] who has declined to provide his name because of a number of death threats he has received. After my review and based on my years of experience, I can state with certainty that the COLB presented on the internet by the various groups, which include the “Daily Kos,” the Obama Campaign, “Factcheck.org” and others cannot be relied upon as genuine. Mr. Polarik raises issues concerning the COLB that I can affirm. Software such as Adobe Photoshop can produce complete images or alter images that appear to be genuine; therefore, any image offered on the internet cannot be relied upon as being a copy of the authentic document.
3. Upon a cursory inspection of the internet COLB, one aspect of the image that is clearly questionable is the obliteration of the Certificate No. That number is a tracking number that would allow anyone to ask the question, “Does this number refer to the Certification of Live Birth for the child Barack Hussein Obama II?” It would not reveal any further personal information; therefore, there would be no justifiable reason for oliterating it.
4. In my experience as a forensic document examiner, if an original of any document exists, that is the document that must be examined to obtain a definitive finding of genuineness or non-genuineness. In this case, examination of the vault birth certificate for President-Elect Obama would lay this issue to rest once and for all.

Ooooh yeah....forgot that juicy little tidbit. So the count now is:
1. Forged COLB.
2. No Hawaiian hospital records.
3. No eyewitnesses to his birth anywhere in HI - but there is one for Kenya - his paternal grandmother.
4. Newspaper birth announcement that gives the address of Obama’s parents: But neighbor claims Obama’s have never lived there and she’s lived next door since before 1961. In that year the house was owned by a family named Young.
5. Hawaiian law allows registration of foreign births and any certifications may be ‘altered’.
6. Obama refuses to release any ‘original’ birth records and spends thousands of dollars on legal fees fighting various lawsuits to prevent release of any records. He also refuses to release any other records which may shed light on his place of birth, i.e, college records, etc. etc.
7. Obama puts the kabosh on any interviews between Grandma Dunham and the press during the election, then she mysteriously just happens to fall ill and die right when the birth certificate issue began heating up right before election day.
8. Obama puts the kabosh on any interviews between Obama relatives in Kenya. Mums the word.
9. Kenya just happens to seal all records pertaining to the Obama’s in Kenya. At the same time all Kenyan’s hail President Obama ‘the native son’.
10. Bill Richardson gives a speech where he calls Obama an ‘immigrant’.
11. Factcheck claims forged certificate is real, but Factcheck is owned by the Annenberg Foundation. Hardly a neutral organization regarding Obama.
12. The state of Hawaii affirms they have a document on file, newspapers run with the word that Obama is born in Honolulu, which Dr. Fukino never said. All that was ever said was that ‘the document is in accordance with all state law and procedure’. See #5 above.
Oh yeah, so since there is no evidence of a foreign birth to date; therefore, all of the above points are tin-foil hat material and should be ignored. Obama’s place of birth is proven to be Hawaii only because Obama, his minions, and factcheck say so.

Actually the name of the people who owned the birth announcement property in 1961 was Orland Scott and Thelma Jones Lefforge not Young.
Has anyone thought to check the Hawaii newspapers for August 15 - 31, 1970 to see if there is a birth announcement for Maya?

“Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.
“No state official, including Governor Linda Lingle, has ever instructed that this vital record be handled in a manner different from any other vital record in the possession of the State of Hawai‘i.”

Bronxboy is the one who said that Gov. Lingle stated that 0bama was born in HI. He hasn’t provided a source yet that I know of.
