Overall, the AM show sucks... they do have good interviews, but Lee’s curmudgeon act is boring, boring, boring. I was glad when Melanie “left”. I always found her a shrill harpy. OV? Yawn. Unfortunately, those jokers over on KNEW in the AM are even worse. I’ll even stomach NPR over those guys. At least they still have Rush.
I always tune out at the doggie segment.
I mean, come on, people, every morning?

Is Occifer Vic still on there with him?
I’ve gotten tired of Mr. Rodgers too.
There is always Glenn Beck between 6 and 9 on KTRB 860.
I should have stated that I believe that she has been banned. I do remember that she was to appear in the 8 O'clock hour regularly but if I remember correctly there were a couple of times where she could not be reached.
I have not heard her on the show in long time but I do not listen everyday.
Yes, I remember Lee expressing his.. uh, disappointment.
How right you are.
Bring back Melanie!
Ditto ... I MISS Melanie
What the Bay Area needs is a conservative morning host like WBAP’s Mark Davis. He’s sharp, opinionated and intelligent.
Do you remember the name of the woman who had a show on KSFO in the 90s, but died?
Alaska Air crash. On the way back to SF from Mexico the plane's flight control failed. The plane was off the coast of So. Cal. I believe that it flew for a while upside down before flying into the ocean.
I did not verify this but I believe the problem was traced to a defective part in the rudder.
