Another successful shakedown.....
In November, a Muslim family visited the Long John Silver's at the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minn., and ordered a children's meal for their three-year-old son. The Muslim parents noticed that the toy that came with the meal was a small notepad with the phrase "Build with Jesus" written at the top along with a quote from the Bible. Following intervention by CAIR-MN, the restaurant investigated the matter and found that the "families' request was not handled in a manner consistent with company policy." In a letter to CAIR-MN, the Long John Silver's franchisee owner Steve Oborn wrote: "In an attempt to support and respect a multitude of diverse needs and preferences, it is our policy to have an optional toy(s) available per request.The Minnesota chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-MN) today welcomed an apology from a Long John Silver's restaurant in that state that distributed religious literature in children's meals.

Why would they give that toy away? What does Jesus have to do with a resturant named after a pirate? I don’t see whats Christian enough about fried fish to warrant giving Jesus themed toys away in their kids meal.
Long John Silver should send the family a ham for New Years to atone.
One more muzzie bombing in America and “Christian toys in meals” will be the least of CAIR's problems!
Why do you care what sort of toy they give away?
Sadly, this is not unusual today. Companies will pander at the slightest hint of “controversy”.
I wonder if anyone has ever seriously analyized the pros and cons of sutch capitulation.
I wonder what happens to Christians who make religious complaints about fairness in Muslim countries.

I hope they don’t eat at In-N-Out Burger.
I want to open a restaurant chain called “Pork-a-belly”. At least I wouldn’t have problems with these scum our politicians seem to be so willing to pander to.
Perhaps Londonstan is not big enough for them.

Good idea for a restaurant. Maybe your logo should be a pig with a turban on his head and a curved sword in one hand captioned:
“Off with their heads!”
I don’t see why muslims are offended about Jesus. They always say they believe he’s a great prophet sent by Allah. The Koran says they should be respectful of ‘the people of the book (bible)’. Where’s their respect?
You could open branches called “Pork-a-stands.”
