Another isolated incident
The Agitator and DC Examiner ^ | December 18, 2008 | Radly Blako

But not a drug raid. A prostitution raid.

It was a little before 8 at night when the breaker went out at Emily Milburn’s home in Galveston. She was busy preparing her children for school the next day, so she asked her 12-year-old daughter, Dymond, to pop outside and turn the switch back on.

As Dymond headed toward the breaker, a blue van drove up and three men jumped out rushing toward her. One of them grabbed her saying, “You’re a prostitute. You’re coming with me.”

” After the incident, Dymond was hospitalized and suffered black eyes as well as throat and ear drum injuries.

Three weeks later, according to the lawsuit, police went to Dymond’s school, where she was an honor student, and arrested her for assaulting a public servant. Griffin says the allegations stem from when Dymond fought back against the three men who were trying to take her from her home. The case went to trial, but the judge declared it a mistrial on the first day, says Griffin. The new trial is set for February.”

Folks, it is happening more and more frequently.

What is it going to take before freedom-loving American patriots have had enough?

WHEN are we going to take our Nation back from crooked politicians and gestapo-like police agencies?

These Nazi or KGB should be in jail for assault. And from reading the report it would seem that as usual the law says they were correct as did Hitler and Stalin of their police.

They are SCUM.

There is a lot more to the story beyond your snippet. I am not saying the cops were in the right but I would want to know details before I over-reacted.

With a news source like “The Agitator”, I’ll wait for other sources before saying anything.

I agree there may be more to this incident.

But, arresting a 12-year old at school (and away from her parents) raises some red flags.

So does having plain clothes officers making arrests of a 12-year-old.

So does the city continuing to press the matter (as a face-saving gesture?)

We’ll learn a whole lot about the Galveston police dept. and their professionalism, or not.

I loved it when that little old black lady shot the cops who rushed her home.
She thought it was druggies in the neighborhood and someone dropped a dime on her saying she dealt drugs from the home.
She didn’t, just a little very old lady that shoots well.

I’m curious to know if the officers bothered to go to the front door to verify that she lived there (as I am sure the girl tried to tell the men). At that point, they would have found out that she lived there.

I find this very hard to believe. The girl is African-American, a clear victim of jbthuggery, and there are no riots? There should be riots, tar, feathers, torches and broken glass.
If it was as described.

From this, it appears that the incident was two years ago. Hope it turns out good for the girl. At least they didn’t call in the FBI snipers.

Golly, those brave, fine, upstanding professional Law Enforcement Officers actually had the guts to go back after three weeks of restraining themselves and arrest the dangerous 12-year old girl at her elementary school?

(cue cool sounding “COPS” theme music here)

Gosh, I wish I were that brave! Were they wearing their cool bullet-proof vests at the elementary school?

Why to police departments even have Internal Affairs units anymore? Just about every time something like this happens all they do is absolve the officers involved of any wrongdoing whatsoever.

Thanks for the other link. It appears the story is correct except low income family and the father was a minor drug user. I expect the family did not how to fight this legally until this year. This still appears to be a gross abuse of power. The police are not commenting on the story.
