A: The question should be rephrased: How many U.S. Supreme Court justices does it take to screw the U.S Constitution and the American people?

Everyone is assuming that since, yes, Obama DOES employee legal advisors on his transition team (crazy, I know) and some of these advisors have gone through the paperwork drill of filing routine "Motions to Dismiss" that Obama is somehow spending millions of dollars to seal his "vault" BC --something Hawaiian State Law does for free.
Do you have a link to a reputable source to back up your "considerable sums" claim? And by "reputable source" I don't mean some truther's blog page.
So did Obama. That a truther with a fake name (and an equally fake PhD) is claiming Obama's BC isn't real is of no significance. He showed it. Hawaii verified it. The Election Commission bought it. The courts so far agree.
Well said, thank you. Just because Berg or whoever does or says something Kookie doesn’t mean everything they say is false. There is so much evidence that the BC “That One” placed on his website is a fraud that should be the point not what Berg said at one time in his life.

He has not presented a valid birth certificate and Hawaii verified nothing of legal value.
If Obama is not eligible, the Supreme Court will have to tread very delicately to prevent a Constitutional Crisis. The best outcome I can see would be for the Supreme Court to announce that there is no deadline for Obama to prove eligibility, but that Biden will serve as Acting President until such time as Obama does so.
As to whether there's any way they'll figure that out, I'm not optimistic.

My claim that I, as an American citizen, have as much right as the SCOTUS to demand a BC is sufficient by itself. And, as I said, constitutionally speaking, I don't need legal representation or "government defined" legal authority to do so.
It's not rocket science if one places any value on the Constitution. The founding fathers are turning over in their graves over the notion that I must have government permission to demand proof of birth from a presidential candidate.
The Clinton machine will dismantle Obama one piece at a time.

I happen to have used my last Twinnings Breakfast tea the other day so I’m finishing my mug of domestic gray tea with milk and sugar and heading off to a warm bed. name just one court that has laughed at the major cases presented, keyes, berg, donofrio. As far as I can tell the scotus has given these far more consideration than they do 98 percent of the cases brought to them.
Don’t know if this helps with the info in the different boxes of a Hawaii BC, but here goes.
I have a 1968 Hawaii “Certificate of Live Birth”
Box 7C on my certificate says “city, town or location”. It is the info for the mother of the baby and where the mother lives.
Box7A is the State of Residence of mother at time of birth
Box 7b is county of mother at time of birth
Box 7c is the city, town or location (residence) of mother at time of birth.
To find the Certificate info for the baby you go to:
Box 5a county of birth of baby
Box 5b city, town or location of birth of baby
5c inside city limits (yes or no)
Box 5d is hospital name
