Stop the ACLU ^ | 2008-12-16

Posted on 12/16/2008 1:21:14 PM PST by rabscuttle385

Having blown his presidential bid, John “Lettuce” McCain is back in his former job: toady to Democrats. True to his old pandering form, he went on This Week recently to denounce fellow Republicans for criticizing the way the Moonbat Messiah has mishandled the Governor Blago revelations.

There is only one thing good that an Obama victory means. No Juan Lechuga MaCamnestio.

“McMaverick is back in the saddle”

...he’s actually under the dung heap, created by the horse that the saddle is on.

fellow Republicans? Isn't this rather like hearing Joseph Stalin talk about Americans as being his fellow capitalists? :-)

I vow before all Free Republic that I will never again vote for a Republican candidate “as the lesser of two evils”. In the future in local, county, state and federal elections(both primary and general) I will only vote for those candidates who share my conservative principles and values. I only remain a Republican in order to vote for conservatives in the primary elections. I’ve had it with the Colin Powells, the John McCains and their ilk.

RE “ I want my money back that I donated to his campaign”

Are you kidding? What if he won? Everything he would have done each deal he made with dems, would have republican name on it. Palin would be taking orders from him. I only voted for McCain exactly 1 hour before polls close, once I was sure he would lose. If he had a chance it would have been Barr. When Republicans picked him, I was sure it was time for a change.

He rather reminds me of Union General Pope who used say that his headquarters were in the saddle. President Lincoln said he had his headquarters where his hindquarters should be.

Very well said! Thanks for posting! During the election, I already wasn’t a big fan of McCain, but I supported him because of Sarah. I really hoped he wouldn’t sink to new lows, but, alas, he did. When he voted for that bailout, I got a really bad feeling.

I’ll bet he and Sarah had several major disagreements about the issues, especially the bailout.

I am so glad that Sarah got out there and fought for what is right. I’m glad she “went rogue,” as McCain’s aides put it. Sarah Palin is authentic and she isn’t afraid to speak her mind!

SARAH PALIN, 2012!!!!!

I think that McCain’s bashing of the conservatives, Sarah Palin, and his criticism of the opposition to Obama will come back to haunt him, especially when he comes up for re-election. His obsession with “reaching-across-the-aisle” and “bipartisanship” has gone WAAAAAAAAAAAY overboard! I think he should just retire and let a true conservative take his place.

John McCain never wanted to win. I gave money because I thought he stood a chance, and I was thrilled when he picked Sarah, never was more excited politically in my life, then he can come out and pull this crap, shows me that he never really wanted to win, now he is all nice nice with the media, being their best buddy again, screw him. People donated to his campaign because they thought he wanted to win, that he was gonna fight for us, he had NO intention of fighting for us, he only cared about himself and making himself look good and screw everyone else that wanted to win.

Everytime he said ‘My Friends” I about puked.

The ONLY thing I will miss about McCain is the "McCain Drinking Game". Every time that he said "My friends" in a speech or a debate, everyone present had to take a shot.

Most of the puking was done AFTER the debate. LOL

STILL puking in SC.

Ah, it's great to know that the 'Horse Whisperer' is back in the saddle again.

Many believe that his limited range in respect to both arms is due to the torture inflicted by the Communist Vietnamese. Not so. This is due to all those years of reaching across the aisle to fondle the opposition.

Actually Juan is the opposition and is a disgusting embarrassment.

Sarah Palin doesn't need his endorsement. This slimy RINO needed hers.

We have lots to thank McCain and Bush for....
