Wrotnowski v. Bysiewicz: SCOTUS Denies Application for Stay/Injunction
Right Side of Life ^ | 12-15-08

Posted on 12/15/2008 8:10:50 AM PST by STARWISE

The Supreme Court orders denied Wrotnowski v. Bysiewicz application for staying the election as well as requesting that the Court would grant an injunction disallowing the Electoral College to hold its vote today until Barack Obama’s eligibility could be finally determined:

WROTNOWSKI, CORT V. BYSIEWICZ, CT SEC. OF STATE

The application for stay and/or injunction addressed

to Justice Scalia and referred to the Court is denied.

CitizenWells’ letter to the Electoral College

presents the next potential opportunity along the process of attempting to inform the nation about Barack Obama’s seeming ineligibility to serve in the office of the President.

Also, I have my thoughts on the next steps in this process.

A current listing of eligibility lawsuits can be found here.

State-based initiatives for electoral reform can be found here.

Naturally, this posting will be updated as circumstances warrant.

Update: CitizenWells isn’t happy about this decision at all. Read up on what he’s doing about it.

Update: InvestigatingObama’s question may be “asked and answered:” Is the Judicial Review Allowed Only After the Electoral College Vote?

You said — “You are spinning, furiously. You misstate the cases of Leo and Cort then spin that as ‘well, they are in the end about Obama’s BC’, when of course they were not and were in fact suits not with Obama but the SoS of NJ and CT. Then, when called for dissembling, of course you tried to dismiss your misdirection as suing Obama for his BC when he was whom the two cases addressed!”

You’re getting too tangled up in the details to recognize that they are *all* (every last single one of them) — about — Obama not being qualified to serve as President of the United States, per the Constitution — no matter what the legal details are.

*That* is the entire motivation of this whole spate of lawsuits. If anyone can’t see that, then they are beyond hope (again, *no matter* what the legal details are...)....

Last sentence should be corrected: "... when he was whom the two cases addressed" should read, "... when he was NOT whom the two cases addressed!"

You’ll notice that I said they are *about Obama*... LOL... That’s the *entire motive* for the entire thing... :-)

If you can’t see that, then I can’t say anything more about it./I>

It didn't matter if I could see it. The cases were not mainly about BC's. To demand Obama's they would have had to demand everyone's that ran. To what purpose? It would have served none. The main complaint was vetting.

Berg's has not been denied. Keyes is in the pipeline and there are more. There are still Constitutional remedies. This isn't over.

You said — “The cases were not mainly about BC’s.”

It doesn’t matter..., that’s the point. It plainly *does not matter*....

What does matter is that *all* of these lawsuits — are — plain and simple, about Obama not being qualified to be President of the United States under the Constitution and its requirements.

It does not matter which route you take (i.e., “legal detail”) to get to that “end destination” (of Obama not being qualified) which is what is *motivating* every last single lawsuit “of this kind”...

I'm now convinced that you are a well placed agitprop for the Axelrod spin cycle!

One last time, the Leo and Cort cases were about the failure of the Sect of State of NJ and CT to properly vett candidates on the ballots of those states. The two cases were first and foremost about Constitutional eligibility. The fact that three persons were named as ineligible, not just Obama, seems to be a niggling fact you wish to ignore and paint this as attacking your belove messiah. The cases were/are/will always be first about protecting the Contract We The People were supposed to have with our elected representatives and OUR government.

When Obama is dead and gone, if this nation still exists to read her History, the issue of following the Constitution will be the central issue of this entire Constitutional Crisis caused by this little Chicago squirrel. But you appear more than willing to spin on for your poseur president, so spin ahead, continue to obfuscate by playing misdirection! Your affirmative action fraud is not as important as the Constitution, but I doubt you are even capable of comprehending that!

Oh..., and one more thing...

You said — “There are still Constitutional remedies. This isn’t over.”

I never said that there weren’t “Constitutional remedies”... LOL... This is where a lot of people are “missing it”. Y’all are so tied up in the details and the “Constitutional remedies” — that you’re missing the “big elephant” in the living room....

That “big elephant” (it could be the Republican Party, too, I guess... LOL..) is that there is *no one* and no media (even our own) and no politician (even our own) and no law enforcement agency (even the FBI, for “fraud’ perhaps..., or “conspiracy to commit fraud”) and no other legal or political institution who *will enforce* the Constitutional remedies...

There’s your problem and that’s the problem I’ve been posting about all along...

In other words, it won’t happen — not because Constitutional remedies don’t exist (they do), it’s because no one will enforce them, no matter what those remedies are...

Obama will still be President and if anything is *ever done* — it will be only “after the fact” when they make some laws that the Secretaries of State must vet these candidates in such a way that they *insure* that they meet all the provisions of the Constitution, or else they cannot be on the ballot.

But, of course, that “horse” (i.e., Obama) will have already bolted the barn, after the barn door has been closed... LOL...

You don’t enforce Constitutional remedies, you use them.

Well..., he’s not my President as I didn’t vote for him and I would never vote for him in two or three lifetimes... LOL...

What you’re missing is that I’m stating the truth of the matter in that no one, no agency, none of our institutions want to do anything about Obama. And, as such, he’s going to continue on with his inauguration and being President of the United States.

If anyone thinks that any of these lawsuits is going to get Obama disqualified, they are sadly mistaken.

HOWEVER, if someone thinks that these lawsuits may do something about the *future candidates* — and get some new laws passed in order to enforce the Constitution (at some future time) — then — maybe something will happen in that regard.

For Obama, nothing is going to change him being President of the United States. And recognizing that fact, has nothing to do with me wanting him to be President or being a so-called “fawning admirer” of his (of which I am not).

You’ve just got the problem that you figure someone cannot “recognize the facts” of what is happening — without “fawning” all over Obama.... LOL...

I don’t believe you. Period. Your use of ‘Y’all’ to demean those trying to get a Constitutional remedy exposed your persepctive. You are not an honest poster. No more attention for you. LOL ... in best soup nazi (from Seinfeld, agitporp) voice I can muster.

You said — “You don’t enforce Constitutional remedies, you use them.”

Use whatever terminology you wish. The bottom line is that it won’t have any effect on Obama and him being President. It may have some effect on some future election and some future and additional laws in regards to vetting candidates very early in the game, and not “after the fact”...

But, for Obama, he’s still going to be President and will serve out his term (unless he dies or something...)

You’re only going to have some effect on something *in the future* — which wouldn’t be such a bad idea, in and of itself. It’s just that a lot of people are “railing” about this whole thing *strictly* in terms of Obama.

Everyone should recognize that it will have no effect on Obama. And they should recognize that the effect it’s going to have is for the future — after Obama is gone from the scene and has served his term...

SO..., work for a future good benefit — that’s fine. Obama is a done deal...

Meanwhile, my Townhall blog was listed 2nd on their Top Ten blog list. I haven't bothered to check it for the previous weeks. It could have been #1 for all I know.

Isn't it amazing what a fake Ph.D. will get you these days?
