The case will be denied. I don't think they ever wanted anything to do with it. Look what they allowed the clerk's office to do to my case and Cort's, flagging Cort's for anthrax and everything else they did to stop it from reaching the justices. Bickell must have been operating under orders from higher up the food chain. The fact that he still has a job there is frightening.
Bickell has protection but the Constitution does not.
On Monday, the United States will wake up with no Constitution. It's all over for this Country as a Constitutional Republic. It's done as done can be. My case was strong, and Cort's case was virtually air tight. But factions of the Court didn't want these cases before them because now they didn't want the burden of history on them. Now they have no excuse. The natural born citizen issue was squarely before them. All of the resulting damage and the blood of the Constitution is on their hands forever.
Cort's case will be denied on Monday. And that will signal the very end of the nation's unique Document.]

Why cause chaos, why cause instability, why cause the citizens to distrust their government and the processes that are supposed to protect us?
The only reason I can come up with is to destablize the US and cause us to loose our national sovereignty.

Promise the MSM that they will get close a billion in ad money for TV ads for O, banners, radio ads, etc. Even Fox and Drudge made tones on Obi ads.
In the primaries make sure you have two Democrats running. McCain was Soros plan B. McCain’s mega suck ups to O & amnesty proves that one.
Really take the markets down in October a month before the election. Finally get SCOTUS to be incredible cowards.

That was his hit at the Media and Trash Blogs that call him and all Patriots nut cases and crazy conspiracy theorists.
I think Leo's conspiracy theory “Obama Has A Twin” was Leo's way of saying, “You want craziness, I'll show you craziness!”
I also think that Leo is really down about the corruption he and Cort faced within the Justice system with the actions of that lower court judge and then the clerk the SCOTUS. Who would blame him for having an “I give up” attitude after facing that?
I still have faith that Justice Thomas will convince the Justices Thomas, Scalia, and Alito to agree to hear Cort's case with Leo giving the best and brightest argument ever for our Constitution! We will know tomorrow. Keep praying!

True, your statement that the case has no merit is just ignorant. It has been available online for weeks, anyone who could point out how the case had no merit had ample opportunity including many lawyers. Instead, the criticisms have either been factually incorrect or just downright emotional.
Dual citizenship is a disqualifier and it does not meet the standard of natural born citizen. The subject is a no brainer with tons of merit.
It isn't gone until We the People say it is, and I for one am not willing to relinquish it. This will not be the first time people in high places have performed unconstitutional acts, or maintained that appearance.
Underneath all, the fact is that the enemies of this country can only defeat it if it is fractionated. They cannot defeat the United States, they cannot defeat the 52% nor the 48% unless the two are fighting one another.
The shiny and starstruck will wear off of this administration in record time.

Yes! Right now, on both the citizenship and the Blago issue, I notice that the Obama supporters' comments in various places online are all still saying that unhappy Republicans are trying to put down a decent, good man. When I see this, I think the fall will be very hard when they realize he is not that. They will be VERY angry with him.
