Obama doesn’t need to convince you, me, or mr. Polarik. The people whose job it is to check his qualifications are the house members and senators that meet when Congress counts the electoral votes. There will be a call for objections before Obama is declared POTUS, this is the time for any questions to be resolved. Congress will have the final say.

I finally understand factcheck.org's name. It's a fact check, like a body check, a block or tackle. Check that fact before it makes any more progress. Their job is stop damaging facts before they become too widespread.

It's obvious when you think about it. It isn't named "FactVerification.org" or "FactInvestigation.org".

"The second "email" says that Factcheck never looked at the original birth certificate because it lacked footprints or hand prints, "You never had a baby or you would know that they print his foot prints on 3 or 4 blank birth certificate documents.". No comment again.

Whoever made this statement is incorrect. Years ago they used to put the foot print on the Hospital Certificate for a souvenier for the parent.

My grandchildren were born in the 90's and I was surprised to learn they no longer gave you a Hospital Certificate with a foot print. We had to go home and get an ink pad and do it ourselves if we wanted a footprint. I have yet to see an Official Certificate of Live Birth with a footprint on it.

Actually he hasn’t produced a damned thing. FactCheck and FighttheSmears posted a graphic image of a supposed COLB, which can readily be proved to be a fake or, if you prefer, a forgery.

There are numerous discrepancies.

Producing a doctored COLB in poor definition on-line is not the same as an official COLB. And a COLB isn’t the same thing as a copy of the original vault certificate. Even if it were genuine—which it is not—it would not prove that Obama is a natural born citizen.
