Comments on SCOTUS have been very sparce today. Am I mistaken or aren’t we supposed to hear something today about the Wrotnowski case?
The Berg case scorched the blogs but this case is so quiet.
Is it just being overshadowed by Blagogate?

Any orders or directives 0bama gives should be questioned, until he proves he is not a Usurper.
He’s already issued the facts showing he isn’t natural born in the sense the founders used the phrase, since he has a British subject father who was never an American citizen, thus he has only one American Parent and has divided loyalties which the founders were seeking to prevent with the Constitutional eligibility requirements.
It’s my understanding as well, and yes, the news on the CertifiGate front lately has been overshadowed by the Blag0bama controversy.

Monday response again?
We will probably know on Monday. Do they ever give affirmative answers on a Monday? We are becoming a land where laws and the Constitution mean nothing.
SCOTUS doing their duty here could send a message to the country or we can just keep sliding deeper into the sewer. These people have children and grandchildren. Do they want to leave them a country where the Constitution is meaningless?
That little kid in me hopes SCOTUS is up on current events in Illinois and take this as a way to shut Zer0 down....a highly unlikely event, but it is Christmas and I no longer have the Sears Wish Book Catalog to dream over.
Sad. We are a country without laws now. The news media makes the laws. Anything goes. Investment managers who were the chairman of NASDAQ and on the Board of Governors for FINRA (NASD) who stole $50 billion! Where was Sarbanes-Oxley or the SEC?
SCOTUS could send a loud message to the country and corrupt politicians. “We still have a constitutions - we still have laws that actually need to be enforced.”
If they ignore this - we all go down the toilet. It will be a sewer their children and grandchildren will inherit.
If they shoot it down, there are more coming. I pray they do not stop coming until something breaks...Being afraid of the consequences for a proper act means exactly what you said - we all go down the toilet with their fear of action.
