Christopher Strunk, on December 4, 2008, placed his NY lawsuit before the US Supreme Court. Strunks Writ of Mandamus attempts to restrain the NY Electoral College from voting on December 15, 2008.
Christopher Strunk, being pro se in two cases (one in DC District Court and another appealing to the Supreme Court), served the Supreme Court with an application for Writ of Mandamus to Associate Justice Ginsburg yesterday and served the DC District Court with a Writ as well.

So Strunk’s case was denied in NY and it has already gone to Ginsberg? Strunk better stay on his paperwork and be prepared that she will bounce it. He then can refile. I would probably send it to Alito because Leo’s went to Thomas, Cort Wrotnowski’s went to Scalia.
Don’t know who wrote the webpage but if it is the same guy who is submitting the documents, his proofing sucks.
The Allan Keyes case Lightfoot v. Bowen which includes Orly Taitz and Gary Kreep will probably be at Justice Kennedy’s office on Monday or Tuesday. It was just denied in CA Supreme Court and Orly is sending it off to Kennedy.
The Keyes case and Lightfoot v. Bowen are separate cases. They are both represented by Dr. Orly Taitz.

I like her. I have heard her a few times on Plains Radio. She came to America from the USSR. I guess she does not want to “go back” with Obama. She must be pretty damn bright to be a dentist and a attorney because the CA Bar is brutal.
“a dentist and a attorney”
Does that mean she could sue herself for malpractice? ;-)
Aside from intelligence, which IMO is indisputable, can you fathom the amount of energy she must have, to do what she has and continues to do?
Not to mention intestinal fortitude.
This one is on it’s way to Justice Kennedy on Monday.

Obama non-citizenship cases to SCOTUS from California and New York- I’m liking it!

Pingy to stay on top of this good info.
I was listening to her and I doubt she sleeps. It sounds like she is working as a dentist in her practice full time plus working on this case. I think she see parallels to the MSM and this election to when she lived in the USSR.
The people involved in these cases are amazing. Gary Kreep is over in Hawaii. Leo is writing incredible research on his web site about Chester Arthur and he is finding more and more historical and legal evidence to bury the fraud. Cort Wrotknowski background is biotechnology and he drove all night from CT to DC to insure his case was delivered. the poor man probably was up for 40 hours straight. They are amazing patriots.
You are right on.
Evidently you’ve read Leo’s latest blog:
