So Strunk’s case was denied in NY and it has already gone to Ginsberg? Strunk better stay on his paperwork and be prepared that she will bounce it. He then can refile. I would probably send it to Alito because Leo’s went to Thomas, Cort Wrotnowski’s went to Scalia.

The Allan Keyes case Lightfoot v. Bowen which includes Orly Taitz and Gary Kreep will probably be at Justice Kennedy’s office on Monday or Tuesday. It was just denied in CA Supreme Court and Orly is sending it off to Kennedy.
