they’ll might know what’s coming if the government doesn’t have enough to send out all those welfare checks.

I’m beginning to think that there may be something to that Mayan Armageddon prophecy in 2012.

How many blanks will each soldier be issued, 3?
Keep them off our STREETS! It's a beginning to get us accustomed to
having them around and in our faces. Much like Gay parades and now,
gay marriage in court.
As I will support our military to my death, I will not support any military
personal running around our streets armed and uniformed for combat. HELL NO.

These troops will be under the command of President Obama. Hope that gives everyone a warm feeling.

Having seen the police (not the mayor) institute a curfew in Houston and the city of New Orleans confiscating guns, if a nuke goes off we will have no rights. No rights of travel. No rights of self defense. No rights.

In addition to providing Obama with another $350 billion dollars to continue with the nationalization of our economy, the Bush Administration is now providing Obama with U S Armed Forces to enforce obedience to his every command within the continental United States. The United States has been sold out by the socialist leftists within the republican party led by GWB.

After all, the next terror threat could just as easily come from the local Methodist church as from the local mosque. Better have that Wesleyan Center adequately covered.Freedom is lost. Better we have mass death in the streets than dare to call these Muslim fanatics the extremists they clearly are and meet the problem head on and deal with this deadly threat in a forcefully effective manner.
At least we can still do so on FR....for now.

CORRECTION: We have lived in a virtual police state in the US for decades and it keeps getting worse every time our liberties are infringed upon.
I don't have a problem with the use of the military in matters of national security and defense, within or without our borders. In fact, protection of our sovereignty at the borders would be a great use of military might.
As for Posse Comitatus, that was an unconstitutional power grab by congress and an illegal ceding of power by the executive 130 years ago.
