But what they did not say is that the bogus document online is the same document, nor did they say anything about the genuine information they have which would indicate that any representation made alleging to contain the information on those documents is factual and correct.
Funny, but they took great pains to NOT say those things.

I am optimistic that Clarence Thomas, John Roberts, Antonin Scalia, Samuel Alito and perhaps et al, know a way to get it.

For a supposed Republican/Conservative to believe this isn’t an important issue is more frightening than all the liberal nut jobs who voted for Obama.
If we were to reverse the situation here, and liberals were demanding that a Republican President-Elect provide definitive proof of his Natural Born Citizen bona fides, they would never allow our side to dismiss the issue by simply saying that the document was inspected and found to be "authentic".
Authentic what? American? - Kenyan? - or what? That's the damn question, you jackass liberals!

Now, there's the burning question of the week.
I, too, have wondered what it would take to create a forgery of his original birth certificate that was so masterful that it could fool the best document examiners and the high court.
Lots of people have wondered aloud whether part of the reason that Obama is stalling is that it takes time to not only produce an unimpeachable forgery, but to also "correct" all of the secondary documentation attached to it, and "handle" the tentacles of paper trails extending from it.
We're not talking any ordinary forgery here. It would practically take the full force of the Russian KGB working overtime to "fix" Obama's entire paper history, and steal the biggest prize on earth.
What I'm wondering, is how Obama et al are going to explain the absence of fold marks, or the embossed seal on the published digital scans of his phony bc that showed up in later photos of the same purported document.
I don't imagine that even the KGB can "fix" that error.

He said that he had seen it and could vouch for its authenticity, but reading his words carefully gave absolutely no information on what the certificate contained.
He most carefully did not say that Obama was born in Hawaii on such and such a date, even though that was the most obvious question on everyone’s mind.
Certainly Obama would not have objected to that statement — if it had been true. But he didn’t say it.
As a result, I find the Registrar’s statement to be anything BUT a “case closed.”
Until the actual document is released, the questions are going to keep coming.
I’m glad to see the MSM is finally catching on and mentioning this, so that when the Supreme Court decides on Obama’s case it won’t be a total surprise to much of America.
This issue has the most political leverage of any issue heading into the inauguration. Here’s how to measure that. For $8, Obama can make it go away. Instead he’s spending $800,000 on lawyers to delay and spin. That’s 5 orders of magnitude worth of leverage.

It would appear that the Supreme Court will have a hard time arguing that Obama is eligible for POTUS. They may argue that Obama’s own statements on his web site, and what he’s written in his books, is not proof of dual citizenship. They may throw it out stating that the plaintiffs have not shown sufficient proof. Which they can’t get without Obama’s say so. However, knowing that they may order Obama to provide ALL birth and heritage records for their review. We’ll have to see.
Anyway, the only reason I see for the MSM to ignore the main issue (Obama’s dual citizenship), other than the fear of being shown to be fools after how they were so far in the tank for Obama, is that if Obama is deemed ineligible by the Supreme Court, meaning the Court upholds the Constitution, it will be proof to the Blacks and the DNC that it’s a rigged system. The Court gave us Bush in 2000, and the Republicans stole it again in 2004, and now a Black-American Democrat can’t break through the glass ceiling and grab the prize...that of being POTUS! I know that’s all hogwash, but the illiterate and uneducated will probably look at it that way.
Also, you and I know that Howard Dean, everyone of any importance in the DNC, and the House and Senate leadership, realize Obama can’t “Constitutionally” be President. Their whistling past the graveyard hoping he’ll get in by the skin of his teeth.

I think that HAS to be what is going on here.
I guess NOW that this is apparently going to be reviewed by the Supreme Court (it is, isn’t it?), there is a massive effort underway to create a new “original” birth certificate.
The earlier fraud will be dismissed as some kind of well-intentioned “mistake”, with full cover from the LeftMedia of course.
