The market is up 18% in the past five trading days, the largest such increase in 75 years. The ‘holiday” shopping season is underway, gas prices are dropping through the floor, and the world is preparing for the inauguration of the Chosen 0ne who will heal our souls and make everything beautiful once again.

Birth certificates and constitutional eligibility? That kind of talk is spoiling the party! Those are arcane technicalities to a nation hungering for hope and change.
(insert /sarcasm tag here).

I hope this issue is fully vetted by the relevant courts, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's tossed down the memory hole.

Obama may be a Communist, but Sun Yat-Sen wasn't.

Sun-Yat Sen was known as the "George Washington" of China. He established the Republic of China near the end of the Qing Dynasty in 1911.

Mao Zedong brought Communism to China in 1949, long after Sun Yat-Sen had passed away.

Do any records of ANY sort exist from 1961 at either of those two hospitals?

I strongly doubt it, and if so, I'd like to see some evidence.

Bump for reading. One of the hospitals - Kapiolani, IIRC - turns out was not a hospital at the time, or at least not for maternity. It was at that time a clinic only, at least as far as maternity cases. So it would have to have been Queens.

It was a maternity facility from the 19th century. Kapi'olani opened a second hospital elsewhere on Oahu in 1989, and that has led to the common mistaken belief that the original facility didn't exist before then.
