Jerome Corsi went there to do just that before the election.
He was picked up by the Kenyan authorities, held for 12 hours and told to “get the hell out of Kenya” and he was not welcome back.

George Bush did not have one parent that was not a US Citizen. George Bush did not share a citizenship with another nation (Kenya-admitted, Indonesian-assumed with his name and school records) to muddy his water as Barack does.
The rules are different in that instance, as in the instance of Barack Obama.

No, but to become a mere ensign or second lieutenant, to get a security clearance. To be a teacher, or a school bus driver, cafeteria worker, or janitor, you must provide a birth certificate to prove you are who and what you say you are. Those and other positions require a background check.
Why should we require less of a candidate who if installed in office will have his finger on the nuclear trigger. Now in most cases there is no question of the candidates birth. Their parents are often available to tell what they know (for instance John McCain's mother was on the podium with him on election day), while Obama's (half) sister tells conflicting stories of his birth place. (Of course she is his younger sister, and cannot actually know first hand), meanwhile other relatives who could know first hand, "grandmother" (in a peculiar Kenyan Muslim way), uncle etc, tell yet another story, one of his birth in Kenya.
Is it asking so much for him to provide his version of the record whose very purpose is document one's birth?

If there is good authority for these words, as in an official statement by the government of Kenya, we may be hearing a lot more about this point.

The rules for running for president are higher than other offices. The person has to be a “natural born” citizen. That’s why Arnold Schwartnegger didn’t run. He is a naturalized citizen.
You need a birth certificate to get any job that requires a security clearance for the US government.
Of course the problem with that is that his passport records were "accessed improperly", earlier in the campaign. The question is, was it to take something out, even if just information, or put something in that wasn't there before.

The point of the lawsuits is to OBTAIN the evidence, through discovery that the Courts should order the POS-elect to provide. It is going to take a court order to release the Hawaii BC, regardless of what the Kenyan govt has or says it has or doesnt have.
It is impossible to make an accurate and valid conclusion without the proper records, and they need to be disclosed.
Our favorite talk show hosts might serve the public’s interests better by at least taking the position that he SHOULD produce the requested dscovery, and not to stonewall these claims.
I understand the roadblock presented by the standing issue that resulted in the court dismissing Berg’s case, but perhaps Keyes will have more success getting by this threshold issue.

Ding Ding Ding! We have a winner! Nope no winner on this one. Hawaii's law was that no matter what country you were born in, a record of your birth could be registered in Hawaii and become a Hawaian citizen. Just because he has a BC registered in Hawaii doesn't mean he was born there.

Getting people to focus on the citizenship issue is one of the smartest tactics Obama has used to defuse his opposition. If he permitted the release of the original birth certificate, thousands of those who oppose him would move on to investigating other aspects of his life. As it is, his strongest opponents are preoccupied with a probably irrelevant matter - even if he was born outside of the USA, nobody is disputing that Stanley is his mother and I doubt the Supreme Court would rule that “Natural Born” citizen does not include those born overseas to US citizens...but why force them to make that decision now, when he can have conspiracy theorists chasing their tails demanding the irrelevant birth certificate and making themselves look delusional after the Republican governor of Hawaii has confirmed that the original does show he was born here?
What people are wondering is that why has Obama spent $800,000 to stonewall the release of a $10 birth certificate.
The New York Times ran front page stories about questions pertaining to John McCain’s citizenship in February March and April.
In May McCain released original long forms of his birth certificate.
The questions stopped.
Why doesn’t Obama do the same?
This should be pro forma.
That Obama is stonewalling is going to cause problems.
Matter is already up for review by the supreme court.
