I don't think it makes you a bad person to want to see the wicked pay for what they have done.
You just have to be careful about how you define wicked.

True. There are people who would say it is God’s job to see they are punished, and we should never take pleasure in the suffering of others.
I don’t think I am one of those people, at least in certain cases.
