“WHY would Rush and Hannity and others being ignoring this?”

Yesterday I posted a thought: They may believe that this case is so strong that there’s a chance SCOTUS will act to have Hussein disqualified. Maybe they think that if they covered it on their shows, the MSM would have no choice but to come out in full attack mode. MSM would annihilate Donofrio, et al., start with the character assassination, etc. Maybe the conservative talk show people think we have a better chance of winning if they lay low, DON’T draw attention to it, and let SCOTUS do their job with the facts that exist. (FWIW.)

I am with you MayflowerMadam - I posted the below on another thread yesterday:

“IMHO, I continue to believe we are far, far better off without the LSM putting their heavy left slant on this. He would be tried and exonerated by the media long before it got to SCOTUS.

If the media were all over this right now, and let’s fantasize for a minute that they were “Fair and balanced”, riots and civil unrest would already be happening in the urban streets...influencing public opinion AND SCOTUS to disregard our constitution.

Let it play out below the radar and if we get what we SHOULD out of SCOTUS, the media will get on board. Just make sure your ammo is dry!!!!!”

This could be true. I hope it is, for the sake of my high regard for Rush.

Now, that is a very interesting, and plausible theory. I've been cracking my teeth on this nut for weeks, but had never thought of that possibility.

It's a reasonable explanation, but still, we're just speculating here. The fact remains that the big talkers have covered every other MSM-banned story about Obama. Why the blackout on this, perhaps the most important one?

Second tier conservative talker, Rusty Humphries, mentioned the BC story on his show two nights ago, and basically called it a conspiracy theory without legs. I was shocked. Rusty is normally dead on in his analysis of people and events. I can only think that he's not as well-informed as the average Freeper.

I think this is the best bet. If it's a given that he's not qualified among those in the know, then conservatives and Republicans don't want to be painted as the ones to blame for it. If he does get disqualified then they can report what happened: Citizens brought lawsuits and the courts worked to uphold the Constitution.
