Is Obama above the law? ... He believes he is, and his lead general, David Axelrod is tasked with creating enough obfuscation to bring to pass.
While a legislator in Illinois, Obama proved he regards the Constitution as nothing but a nuisance to his agenda. He arbitrarily cancelled the Consrtitutional rights of newly born alive infants inorder to try and 'protect' roe v Wade. If he will seek to cancel the Constituional rights of such vulnerable alive Americans, what restrains this man's mind on any issue he deems worthy of his attention?
If he is disqualified, Biden will be President. Elections have consequences. Democrats are now in complete control ... and they are counting on extortion to cower the SCOTUS.

I’m not sure a template letter is the way to go on this.
Yes, include the necessary information but it’s important to vary the letters so they aren’t just carbon copies.
Handwritten letters really stand out, in contrast with mass produced printed ones. Straight, to the point, original letters have an impact.

Senator McCain was born to American parents when his father was in the military, somewhere around the Panama Canal Zone. That makes him a US Citizen.Perhaps so but McCain is included in the filing questioning his citizenship. The constitution does not define "natural born".

But I dont see the SCOTUS wanting to be the ones to cause Civil War II.
Ahhh ... But they aren't the cause ... If not natural born, Obama has pulled the wool over the entire DNC's eyes as well as half the population. He and those who aided his cover-up are the source of disenfranchisement. The hands of the SCOTUS are clean. They are simply doing their job to preserve the law as it was written. As long as the SCOTUS doesn't personalize their responsibility or succumb to the urge to legislate from the bench, they'll do the right thing.

Conferences are private meetings of the justices at which they review cases and decide which ones to accept for formal review. They'll decide not to review because they don't wish to create an incident, regardless of the merits.
That's how our government functions. Overlook laws and the constitutions if required actions would embarrass the government, the individual(s) involved or create public outcry.

A US military installation (even a ship) is US territory. I think the only problem with McCain was that he was born in a hospital that was outside of the base. I don’t believe the base had a maternity facility, or something like that.

This case also challenges McCain's citizenship.
I'm okay with that ... truth and justice, pure and impartial, at all costs.

Other than maybe Ginsberg (who was an idiot before she became a senile idiot), I really don't imagine that SC justices would agree that it isn't really important for a president to be constitutionally qualified for office.
I think they are going to want Obama to prove he is a natural born citizen.
Maybe he can and this is all just a dopey excercise. Or maybe he can't and then it gets interesting.

Further, actual records from Indonesia list his nationality as Indonesian when he was a boy. There are no documents that show his nationality was transfered back to the USA. Is there any proof of that other than the school records? A stepfather lying in order to get free stuff by claiming Obama is Indonesian doesn't change Obama's true citizenship. All of this would go away if he just publicly released his birth certificate.
I could understand the reasons why he wouldn't do so before the election (questionable paternity, setting a trap for us if he did have proof, or even born in Kenya), but I don't see why he wouldn't now except for the last of those three.

I dont get it. I always thought that if one of your parents were American, you were automatically an American no matter where you were born. Am I wrong?
That’s what I thought too. Now to play devils advocate and just for sh!ts and grins - what would the status of a child born via test-tube baby where the father was a sperm donor from another country and the mother was American?

Correct. According to Donofrio, he is an American citizen, just not natural born citizen and would be prevented from running for President. That is why Donofrios case includes McCain...ineligible to run for President.

They should be willing to rule to protect the constitution no matter what it causes. But, I’m afraid you’re right.

That's possible. But it's also a losing gambit for Obama. If he *can* prove he is natural-born, he will have to follow up and explain to his constituents why he wasted nearly a million dollars in legal expenses to cover up a $10 birth certificate. That's not "leadership". That's pathetic. And everyone will start watching their pocketbooks around him.

The consitutional requirement for the office of the Presidency demands that the office holder be a
"natural born" citizen of the United States.
It is specific and binding - citizenship by other means is not enough.

Now to play devils advocate and just for sh!ts and grins - what would the status of a child born via test-tube baby where the father was a sperm donor from another country and the mother was American? Seems like the suit is asking the court to define "natural born" once and for all. Is it just born on US soil (in which case an anchor baby would be eligible) or is it by blood (one or both parents are American). Or will they rule both parents must be American AND born on US soil?

I believe that the 4 conservatives will not want to go down in history as having completely overturned an election of the first black president, yet they won’t want to go against the Constitution, so they will rule that Barry is indeed a U.S. citizen and meets all the citizenship requirements. That’s just my guess.

Well said. If the candidates are forced to provide proof of being natural born citizens I would be happy to either; have a non natural born citizen barred from taking office, or, know beyond any doubt that the president of my nation is legally entitled to the office. Sweeping the issue away bodes ill for the rule of law.
Any subsequent riots are exclusively the responsibility of the rioters.
