Obama is a candidate born with simultaneous British citizenship and US citizenship. They would like us to believe that this is also considered “Natural Born Citizenship”.
Wouldn't the constitution just say “Any US citizen born in the US” if that's what they intended? Natural born seems to infer a more pure lineage, a US citizen born in the US of two US citizens. Not a man hybrid of national citizenship's at birth, such as Hussein Obama.
If Obama is disqualified, that means he did not win the election, and Biden will not be President. Therefore, McCain/Palin will win because they did win a certain number of electoral college votes.

I read a couple months ago the Governor or Sec/State of Hawaii had the COLB moved to a secure location. They also said everything was in order.
If so, sonmeone’s going to have egg on their face and it may be conservatives in general.
Not only that but they make take precedence into consideration. When was the last time any prez candidate was required to prove they were eligible for the office prior to running?
Interesting. I’ve been wondering if one of the reasons he’s choosing Clinton retreads and also having people turn down positions is because many of the Dems know about this and want to distance themselves. It would also be interesting to see what forces in their party pushed for the annointing of The (Unknown) One as opposed to Hillary, who was the logical choice.

I think everyone that know (the Clintons, McCain,et al) were kind of hoping that Obama was going to lose and then this would have gone quietly away. It was as if everybody was afraid to bring it up because of how they would look if they did. Wow....if he can't produce proof this isn't going to be pretty.
The director of Hawaii’s Department of Health confirmed on Friday what Barack Obama has been saying all along: the presidential candidate was born in Honolulu.
“There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate,” said Chiyome Fukino. “State law prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record.”
Citing her statutory authority to oversee and maintain Hawaii’s vital records, Fukino said she has “personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.
“No state official, including Gov. Linda Lingle, has ever instructed that this vital record be handled in a manner different from any other vital record in the possession of the State of Hawaii,” Fukino added.
Lingle, a Republican, has been campaigning on the Mainland for Obama’s opponent, Sen. John McCain of Arizona.

Yeah...his COLB was sealed...about the time he visited poor Granny.....the only info I remember reading from anyone in the state office in Hawaii was a simple statement to the effect there is a certificate on file. I don’t recall anything about it ‘being in order’....or any specific information other than one existed.
I don’t recall anything on the list of who could request a birth certificate being stated as ‘tangible’....unless it has now been altered to say that....because the list says a relative can request a copy...doesn’t say a tangible relatvie....was wondering why that George in Kenya couldn’t request one....
I thought that if the SCOTUS halts the EC vote then the congress (which is primarily dems) would vote so they would probably vote Hillary or Biden or the SCOTUS could say redo do over a whole new election so anyway just wondering that is one thing i heard
