I came across this watching Hannity and Colmes, and had to let you enjoy it too.
A video survey of Obama voters displayed on HowObamaGotElected.com confirms the results of a recent Zogby poll: Obama won on the basis of shocking ignorance of the electorate, fed by shocking media bias.
Everyone knew which candidate had had an "issue" with clothes, and which candidate had had a daughter get pregnant (Sarah Palin, for those of you whose sub-rock habitat gets bad reception), but the question of which party was in control of Congress was a much more difficult matter for them. Again and again, you get to hear Obama supporters believing that Republicans were in charge of Congress.
A Zogby poll shows that 57.4% of voters could NOT correctly answer which party controls Congress. Monkeys randomly pushing a button could have done better.
On issues that really mattered, or on issues that made Democrats look bad, people were ignorant; on issues that made Republicans look bad, or stupid, everyone seemed to know.
I have said this again and again: we live in an age of media propaganda. And no democracy can long exist in such an environment of political propaganda.
Well, I take that back.

Unfortunately this statement makes a LOT of sense.
However, they do know that "global warming" is real. The Republicans caused the current financial crisis. Obama can do a better job with the economy and the WOT than the Republicans can. We are "losing" in Iraq and Afghanistan. We "tortured" prisoners during the WOT. Governor Palin is "inexperienced." I mean, these "voters" are just a wealth of knowledge.

The author left out the increasing problem of mass stupidity. Many of his supporters knew full well of his lifelong radical associations.

Yes but this was shown in polls since January 2007, this is not new. Many Freepers took comfort in congress low approval ratings. A few like me pointed out that this was trouble for us, I did a post on it. Pelosi ran a very smart controlled anti-Bush 4 year strategy to keep all focus on him and win two elections. Republicans were pretty aimless. When Clinton was in GWB position 1995 democrats demonized Newt, bringing Clintons approval rating back up. Do you remember GWB making Pelosi an issue? No one but us knew who Pelosi was.
So at this point laughing at the stupid voters who put democrats in charge, may feel good(and I understand we need that emotionally) , but it does not help us win next years. We need to learn the art of cynical attack and got-ya politics that the voters reward,
One idea, why dont republicans run against the deficit next year with GWB gone? We need to sound non partison, “The deficit is KILLING the economy “ ala Ross Perot 1992. lets get the public alarmed and show that ‘concerned’ look the democrats give about it. “We are concerned about the deficit”. Why this?? because democrats plan on buying >51% of public forever. This is our angle. ALARM THE PUBLIC! What if they bring up GWB ? We say, “I thought you were for change, this is the same thing YOU did with GWB.”
What if democrats raise taxes? We should announce that we want democrats rich buddies, say >1M per year, to pay whatever it takes in taxes say 70%, but no taxes for small businesses, say 400K per year(just making up numbers,) But no EITC or tax rebates,that is spending .
We become the little guy protector of the 1990s before our party was taken over by the corporate ‘dark side’
I would like to know more about the polling of Obama supporters/voters being asked similiar questions.
Let's face it, as sad as this video is, it 'could' have been edited to make it look worse than it really was.
