That's what Louis Farrakhan has said, but I do not believe that it is true that any member of congress has dual citizenship, particularly one as prominent as Lieberman.

According to Wikipedia, there are 7 foreign-born members of Congress- 4 from Cuba, 1 from Taiwan, 1 From Canada and 1 from Japan.
