Has Leo actually gotten the devious SCOTUS clerks to get it to Justice Thomas? Are any Republican thinks tanks or legal beagles doing anything to protect the Constitution.

Will our wonderful conservative talk show hosts or big web sites have the guts to mention this? I amm glad Atlas is not backing down.

I would take Clarence Thomas or Scalia as President any day. Roberts and Alito would be good too.

How many people think that Obama will simply just wait around for Clarence Thomas to retire?

Is it really about race? or the right to life?

I hope Justice Thomas knows.
I pray he has the courage to stand up for righteousness.

Can you imagine the blowback Thomas would get if he brought down the first black president? Popcorn quality TV.

This is going nowhere.

This is not going to mean anything and is just a distraction to keep us from seeing that Obama is surrendering to the enemy, preparing for full out amnesty, and for crashing the US dollar via inflation.

Of all the Justices, I think Thomas is the most likely to follow The Constitution to the letter, but I doubt that it is in his hands. It is probably still in Souter's.

I look at this as our Goal Line Stand against marxism, but I look around and I don't see the RNC or anyone from the GOP doing anything! Do they think that if the shoe were on the other foot the dims wouldn't be pushing this loud and long? No wonder they lost! The GOP needs new leadership - NOW!

It was kooky to be anti-slavery in the early 1800's. It was silenced by all the elite.
[Circa 1830's] The abolitionists were at first widely denounced and abused. Mobs attacked them in the North; Southerners burned antislavery pamphlets and in some areas excluded them from the mails; and Congress imposed the gag rule to avoid considering their petitions. These actions, and the murder of abolitionist editor Elijah P. Lovejoy in 1837, led many to fear for their constitutional rights.

New York State abolished slavery in 1827, but that just made the slavery situation someone else's business. Not proper to discuss in polite society for many years. In fact, it may be that slavery has never been proper to discuss in common polite discourse. Part of the problem with 'rascism' and many other 'pc' issues is that we don't discuss them in general public discussion. We have discussion groups -- in the 1830's they were discussion societies and clubs. But those are not the common discourse.

Remember how many times I raised the birth certificate issue, an d how many times I was met with mild to severe hostility, from people who insisted that Obama was a natural-born citizen, by virtue of a poorly-rendered COLB image displayed on Obama's own website? And on Factcheck's web site? And on Poltifact's website? And, God knows who else had shown a copy of it?

Remember how many times these people said, "Why don't you talk about the real issues in this campaign?" "It's his real birth certificate, so why don't you get over it?"

And the same people who originally said these things never stopped saying them four months later?

And the same self-proclaimed yahoos who fancied themselves thje gods of graphics did everything they could to prevent my research findings from being acknowledged as accurate?

Well, I have a message for them all.

No logic will be needed when Obama, his Campaign and Annenberg (via Factcheck) not only conspired to commit fraud, but actually are guilty of fraud when they created forged images and and forged photographs and, with malice aforethought, did falsely represent them to the American public as genuine copies of Barack Obama's Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth, in a blatant attempt to defraud and disenfranchise the American voter that they were choosing a person qualified to be POTUS, and thereby rob the other qualified candidates for POTUS of their fair and equitable share of votes. Folks, it makes no difference if you rob a bank with a real gun or a toy gun because robbery is robbery, no matter by what means the perpetrator uses to make his victims think that deadly force will be inflicted if they do not cooperate.

The evidence is overwhelming and incontrovertible, that, if not for the heinous fraud of passing off a fake birth certificate solely intended to convince voters into believe that Obama was a natural-born US citizen, the outcome of this Presidential election would have been entirely different.

Which part of THAT ISSUE don't people understand? People will say that this is a history-making election, but hidtory
