It’s on Phil Berg’s site:

http://www.obamacrimes.com/index.php/news/50-justice-souter-denies-injunction-for-stay-of-presdidential-election

Excerpt:

The defendants are required to respond to the Writ of Certiorari by December first, after which Mr. Berg will have an opportunity to respond.

Court docs are there to download and review too.

As much as I want this to be true, I am calling it BS. He would have to put something in writing. He can’t just verbally tell Obama to produce a birth certificate.

The dude is already elected. There is nothing on that birth certificate that would embarass him enough not to provide it unless he was born in another country.

There was a rumor that his mother was two months pregnant when she left Cuba and CIA knows about it.

There are going to be more mysteries with Obama than with JFK before this is over.

I'm not a lawyer, but as I understand it....

"Respond" does not mean that Justice Souter has ordered Hussein to produce his birth certificate.

"Respond" means that Souter has given Hussein and the DNC one month to file motions of dismissal of the writ, and probably the FEC again has two months to file for dismissal. It would be easy to predict that they will all argue that Berg does not have standing.

Berg will then get time to respond to their motions.

And then the SCOTUS will look at the filings and choose whether or not they want to *HEAR* the appeal.

If they choose to hear it, dominoes will fall, and eventually the nine justices would have to come to a decision.

But if they opt not to hear it, then Judge Surrick's decision stands.

Please correct me if I'm wrong about any of this.
