This is interesting. Souter tells Obama to produce the vault copy by December 1, 2008. I believe the messiah will defy the Justices.
Who will force the issue? Who wants to open up that pandora's box? Imagine if there is something on that birth certificate that disqualifies Obama from the office of the President. What are you going to do? Start a civil war? There will be blood in the streets you try to enforce the rule of law. This should have happened before the election. Obambi knows it too.

At this point, Supreme Court Justice David Souter's Clerk informed Philip J. Berg, the lawyer who brought the case against Obama, that his petition for an injunction to stay the November 4th election was denied, but the Clerk also required the defendants to respond to the Writ of Certiorari (which requires the concurrence of four Justices) by December 1. At that time, Mr. Obama must present to the Court an authentic birth certificate, after which Mr. Berg will respond.
If Obama fails to do that, it is sure to inspire the skepticism of the Justices, who are unaccustomed to being defied. They will have to decide what to do about a president-elect who refuses to prove his natural-born citizenship.
"I can see a unanimous Court (en banc) decertifying the election if Obama refuses to produce his birth certificate," says Raymond S. Kraft, an attorney and writer. "They cannot do otherwise without abandoning all credibility as guardians of the Constitution. Even the most liberal justices, however loathe they may to do this, still consider themselves guardians of the Constitution. The Court is very jealous of its power - even over presidents, even over presidents-elect."
Also remember that on December 13, the Electoral College meets to casts its votes. If it has been determined that Mr. Obama is an illegal alien and therefore ineligible to become President of the United States, the Electors will be duty-bound to honor the Constitution.
THe sooner the lefties start a new civil war, the better.

Here’s my prediction: Obama will release his birth certificate at some point due to court pressure, it will have some relatively innocuous red herring (like his mom was unmarried) that he will claim as the reason for the delay. But the real reason will be to have put in a professionally done forgery. The guys like Polarik will be all over this like glue because there will be discrepancies. In the long run, I don’t think anything will come of it. But Polarik gets to make money from it by selling his book. Right, Polarik? You lucky sonnofagun.
That argument is invalid. If Zero was a natural born citizen no nation can strip him of it and he was not of age to renounce it. The Virginia court decision addressed this pretty convincingly.

He is in agreement with me, we feel O has no proof and the electoral college will give the election to Biden. That will trow us into a war and riots.
What choice doe the SCOTUS have? I see his whole campaign as illegal so there should be a new election. But we will either see Biden with Pelosi as VP? That is scary.
I fear there will be blood in the streets. Of course this is all speculation, no one know what will happen in the next couple weeks.
The BC in HI are sequentially numbered will be difficult to forge IMO.
Obama only needs to change some of the information that appears on his legitimate birth certificate. His BC says he was born in Kenya, the forged one will say Hawaii. It cost him a ton of money to get the fix put in for this, that’s one of the reasons why he had to take the week off during campaign season and then again go & visit granny. That’s also the reason why the State of Hawaii Health Department lady spoke up, so that she’s on record — otherwise Obama wouldn’t pay her. The forgery will be so good that only a true expert will be able to discern it, but by then it will be too late because of all the invective team Obama will have poured onto this issue and so many will stay away from it.
All right, I’m taking my tinfoil hat off. I sure hope this issue causes damage to Obama.
I don’t know how this would work. Would that be the outcome? 0bama would be ruled ineligible by SCOTUS and Biden would be installed? Biden who technically wasn’t elected to be President?
Losing a president to other historical reasons is one thing. This is a whole new Constitutional mess I fear.

I believe he (obama) would have already whipped out a very well made forged BC if he could have.
I believe it is because his forgery henchmen cannot get a number that will line up with the real babies that were born on that day.

I've reread Ed Hale's, Texasdarlin posts, Edwin Vierei’s opinion while Fr was down. I think it was wise for talk radio etc to keep a low key. Even here when challenged we've emphasized that Berg is a democrat.
This must be seen as a decision/action coming from the judicial branch of our nation and not from the media or republicans. BO must have fault fall in his lap with Feinstein,Pelosi McCaskill, Leahy, Coburn, Clinton and Webb listed as conspirators in fraud. Their attempt to pass resolution 511 should blow up in their collective faces.
