This is interesting. Souter tells Obama to produce the vault copy by December 1, 2008. I believe the messiah will defy the Justices.
Who will force the issue? Who wants to open up that pandora's box? Imagine if there is something on that birth certificate that disqualifies Obama from the office of the President. What are you going to do? Start a civil war? There will be blood in the streets you try to enforce the rule of law. This should have happened before the election. Obambi knows it too.

At this point, Supreme Court Justice David Souter's Clerk informed Philip J. Berg, the lawyer who brought the case against Obama, that his petition for an injunction to stay the November 4th election was denied, but the Clerk also required the defendants to respond to the Writ of Certiorari (which requires the concurrence of four Justices) by December 1. At that time, Mr. Obama must present to the Court an authentic birth certificate, after which Mr. Berg will respond.
If Obama fails to do that, it is sure to inspire the skepticism of the Justices, who are unaccustomed to being defied. They will have to decide what to do about a president-elect who refuses to prove his natural-born citizenship.
"I can see a unanimous Court (en banc) decertifying the election if Obama refuses to produce his birth certificate," says Raymond S. Kraft, an attorney and writer. "They cannot do otherwise without abandoning all credibility as guardians of the Constitution. Even the most liberal justices, however loathe they may to do this, still consider themselves guardians of the Constitution. The Court is very jealous of its power - even over presidents, even over presidents-elect."
Also remember that on December 13, the Electoral College meets to casts its votes. If it has been determined that Mr. Obama is an illegal alien and therefore ineligible to become President of the United States, the Electors will be duty-bound to honor the Constitution.
Basically, he petitioned for a hearing and that was denied... see Calpernia’s posts later on, she has a link to some of Berg’s documents showing there was more with the disclosure statements that the SCOTUS doesn’t have listed..
If Barry is disqualified....the whole thing is null and void and it would go to McCain. The 20th amendment will not come into play if Barry is disqualified.

I think they're all afraid to deal with the implications of what would happen were it to come to light that Obama actually wasn't qualified under the law - the responsibility for what would happen would be on Obama's shoulders for having perpetrated a fraud on the voters, and on those of the'rats who assisted him in the fraud, IMO......

Of course; he doesn’t have standing to run for, or be, President.
America has endured worse and we would get through it and be stronger as a result. If he is indeed not qualified under the Constitution anyone with even a small bit of intelligence would accept it.

Let’s suppose for a second that Obama and company(Ayers, Wright and Farrakhan) want a revolution, what’s the best way to achieve it?
At the top of my list is always, get people so riled up that they will revolt, for that to happen there has to be something so egregious that people are moved to violence. I know based upon the writings and the sermons of Ayers and Wright that they want it to be a slight so ripe in rancor that the community they want to riot will do so.
Obama’s loss immediately comes to mind especially if it is to the whitest man in white America, John McCain.
McCain was thrust upon the Republicans by the democrats that saw him as beatable through open primaries, of course the one that was supposed to beat him was Hillary until Obama tripped her up. That positioned him to lose to McCain, and had he really wanted to win he would have picked anyone else but Biden as his running mate since Biden always has been the benchmark on how not to win the presidency.
I am beginning to suspect that the Birth certificate is insurance in case Obama won, and that Berg maybe playing a role he also played as a truther, that of an operative with a hidden agenda, seeding doubt in peoples minds so that they will act according to a plan.
I also see the whole “office of the President Elect” as reinforcement of Obama’s eventual loss and the anger and riots that will be started afterwards.
Given the proven immaturity of Obama as shown in his many attempts at smacking Hillary, McCain, Palin and even Nancy Reagan, I seriously doubt that he understands that his good buddies may have a Plan C to spark a revolution should Plan A (his lost election) Plan B (he is discovered to be ineligible because of his birth certificate), that plan being the fallen leader gambit.
The apparent failure to act by President Bush, maybe the best clue that there is an insidious plan at work to ferment revolution in this country, rather then give the planners all the reason they need to move masses of people to anger, at every turn their efforts are being blunted by a string of successes.

That is another issue, but it would not affect his being President.
The Ayatollah Hussein IS NOT the President elect yet, and may never be. We will see what the Electors decide mid-December about supporting an illegal alien as President of the US. McCain may yet win.
