First let me say I really don't mind if our President-Elect picks moderate Republicans for his cabinet in some cases. . . . That would not bother me nearly so much as his pick of Rahm Emanuel.

FUnnie you should say this. I'll take moderate Democrats over RINOs any day. With a 'Rat, you are always expecting disappointment, but every so often they'll surprise you.

It's already started for me! I fight my battles on a soap opera newsgroup (there's a couple other places but that's the most liberal-ly). IMO, God puts us where we are needed. :-)

Tonight they were talking about how PEO used incorrect grammar today during his presser when he said something along the lines of "The President has invited Michelle and I to visit the White House"--should have been "Michelle and me".

They TOTALLY gave him a pass, whereas I have seen them TEAR President Bush to pieces verbally for making even minor grammatical errors! I pointed that out, and they jumped on me for 'picking on PEO's "small misstep"'(it was one of the liberals who started the thread, not me. I just try to keep things fair and balanced).

How's this response for irony?
