The number of Obama Citizenship Lawsuits is up to NINE. Today a man from Warren County Ohio filed a suit. It will be heard on Thursday. Suit challenges Obama's birth place

TURTLECREEK TWP. – A Warren County man is taking the long-simmering dispute over Barack Obama’s birthplace – Hawaii or Kenya? – to court.
David M. Neal of Turtlecreek Township plunked down a $200 fee to file a lawsuit Friday in Warren Common Pleas Court in Lebanon.
The suit seeks to force state and federal officials to take more steps to settle, once and for all, the question of Obama’s legitimacy as a potential president.
The U.S. Constitution requires presidents to be natural-born citizens who are at least 35 years old. “Mr. Obama has failed to demonstrate that he is a ‘natural-born’ citizen,” Neal declares.
He asserts that Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner, the Democratic National Committee, the Ohio Democratic Party and U.S. Sen. Diane Feinstein all ought to be held responsible for verifying that Obama meets the constitutional requirements for president.
Various fact-checking groups and journalists have investigated a Hawaiian birth certificate that they conclude appears to be valid. Images of the document are available on various Internet sites. But Neal and others say doubt lingers.
This is the second politically charged lawsuit to be filed in Warren County in recent weeks. Another suit, filed Oct. 14, was filed by two Warren County residents seeking to dissolve the community organizing group ACORN under the Corrupt Activity Act.
In a phone interview, Neal told The Enquirer he’s a retired businessman, “an ordinary guy,” and not a lawyer. He says he has informally worked with a lawyer through an unnamed “grass-roots group” of people who e-mail each other. The group expects to file similar actions in other states, Neal said.
In fact, much of the wording in Neal’s suit mirrors language in a similar Obama birth challenge filed in August in the U.S. District Court for Eastern Pennsylvania, by attorney Philip Berg.
Neal said mainstream national media organizations have refused to listen to his claims. Asked why he filed the suit, he said, “It’s not about me. It’s about our country.”
A magistrate is scheduled to conduct a hearing on Neal’s complaint Thursday.

I think it’s a good idea. I guess I would avoid the copycat form though.
If the suits cause even a few voters to be concerned about him, and vote for McCain or at least not vote for Obama, then it might be worth it.

Which is why its important to sway people away from voting for Obama in the first place.

I'm not a lawyer, but maybe one or more of the plaintiffs could help. I wonder if Berg has considered this. Might need to be some coordination.
In one of KC's classes, they were discussing the qualifications to be president of the United States. It was pretty simple - the candidate must be a natural born citizen of at least 35 years of age. However, one girl in the class immediately started in on how unfair the requirement was to be a natural born citizen.
In short, her opinion was that this requirement prevented many capable individuals from becoming president.
KC and the class were just taking it in and letting her rant, but everyone's jaw hit the floor when she wrapped up her argument by stating,
'What makes a natural born citizen any more qualified to lead this country than one born by C-section?'
Excellent idea.
BTW, it’s not “too little too late”. If it’s proved before the election and his supporters know that a vote for Obama will do nothing but put another old, white man (Biden) in the Oval Office, they will be too demoralized and depressed to go vote.
We need him ruled inelegible BEFORE election day. Otherwise we are going to get President Biden or, per the electors, Pres. Clinton.
I am timely reminded we are actually voting for electors, not Obama or McCain, on Nov. 4.

Actually, the way to bust this open, and to guarantee the election for McCain, would be to have Sarah Palin on for 30 seconds *IMMEDIATELY* following the Obama 30-minute ad buy.
She would say this:
My fellow Americans, there has been controversy over the legal status of John McCain to serve as the next President, given the Constitutional requirements for citizenship.
John McCain has already supplied his.
No other candidate in this race has done so.
Therefore, I have this offer for Senator Barack Obama:
"I'll show you mine if you show me yours."
