I think he should be asked...I think with only two weeks left in the campaign he MUST be asked to explain his response.
I am sure that if Sarah Palin had something on her BC or Marital Records etc the dems would be hounding her for it.
When you run for the presidency you run transparent.

They have effectively admitted that Obama is hiding something. The only remaining question is whether it is relevant to the issue under consideration.

Forgive my ignorance, but why has this come to a lawsuit? Isn’t it an absolute, written-in-stone requirement of all candidates for president that they prove they’re eligible for the office according to the restrictions set out in the constitution? Somehow, it seems to me this should be a no-brainer, and the documents should have been on file throughout the past year and more.
Where is this claim docummented????
If this case is decided this week either way, the news and details of the DNC and him stonewalling, will cast enough doubt on “O” to knock him down several points.

Needless to say, if the big talkers, as you call them, on FR and the blogosphere, did not raise dozens of problematic questions regarding his COLB and the circumstances of his birth, there would not be 3 lawsuits right now.
And to think all the commie had to do was release a copy of his real birth certificate. Unfortunately for him, it will reveal more than embarrassing things if he is forced to do so.

The incoming president is sworn in by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. The CJ is sworn to uphold the Constitution. It is time to petition CJ Roberts that it is his sworn duty to uphold the Constitutional requirements of the president.
