Barack Obama claims “particularly serious embarrassment will result from turning over the requested documentation” in the Berg case and has filed a request for dismissal and a protective order. Berg’s filing asks for copies of his birth certificate, citizenship records, passport and travel records, and other documentation proving citizenship in the U.S. as well as other countries.
First, let’s establish that I am no lawyer so don’t depend on my interpretation of the Berg vs. Obama lawsuit as being accurate. I am depending on the interpretations of others who know much more than I, and assuming they have it right. With that out of the way, let’s proceed.
Philip Berg (a Democrat and former deputy attorney general of the state of Pennsylvania) filed his initial lawsuit against Barack Obama August 21, 2008 in Philadelphia Federal Court, claiming Obama is constitutionally ineligible to be President based on citizenship. The first counter filing was from Obama only, but the DNC has since joined in.
Barack Obama and the DNC failed to respond to Berg’s filing of Sep. 15 within the required 30 days, which means they ADMITTED to all the charges in the filing by default. When they did not respond in any manner to any of the requests for information or documention the judge extended their deadline, and they then filed a motion for DISMISSAL and for a PROTECTIVE ORDER.
Their reasoning for requesting a protective order is that revealing the information (birth certificate, passports, citizenship in other countries) would “cause a defined and serious injury” to Obama and/or the DNC. They say revealing these documents raises a “legitimate privacy concern” and the above mentioned risk that “particularly serious embarrassment will result from turning over the requested documentation.” (emphasis added) Then they claim Berg has no standing to ask for it.
* Is it just me, or does this sound like an admission of guilt? If his birth certificate and citizenship records, including passports and travel documentation, are going to cause “particularly serious embarrassment,” can we assume they do not prove he is a natural born citizen as required by the Constitution for eligibility for the presidency? How else could they be embarrassing? * Obama has already posted a copy of his birth certificate online (deemed by some experts to be a poor forgery), so wouldn’t this have nullified any expectation for privacy?
From the list of 83 charges filed and not rebutted, here are some they admitted to (remember, they technically “admitted” them because they didn’t refute them):
1. Barack Obama is not a natural born U.S. citizen 2. Barack Obama was born in Mombasa, Kenya 3. Barack Obama traveled to Pakistan with friends in 1981 on an Indonesian passport 4. Barack Obama has asked others to have his birth certificate in Hawaii altered 5. The DNC has knowledge of this and is complicit in hiding it
WHERE IS THE MAIN STREAM MEDIA? With speculation that he was born in Kenya, is still a citizen of Indonesia, traveled to Pakistan on an Indonesian passport, and never re-claimed his American citizenship, does anyone doubt if this were the Republican candidate they would be spending at least as much time investigating it as they did Joe the Plumber’s background? It would be all over the news 24 hours a day! But Obama? They don’t investigate, they don’t report. Where is their journalistic integrity?
Berg now has filed:
A) A motion requesting an immediate order deeming his request for admissions served upon Barack Obama and the DNC on September 15 admitted by default, and
B) A motion requesting an expedited ruling and/or hearing on Berg’s motion deeming the request for admissions served upon Obama and the DNC admitted.
If Judge Surrick grants these motions, Barack Obama is, at least temporarily, ineligible to run for the office of President of the United States OR to be a citizen of the United States.
There are some rumblings from the courthouse that a ruling, one way or the other, may be forthcoming by the end of this week.

The language contained in the protective motion, etc. regarding “specific injury” and the like should not be regarded as any admission. It is pretty standard stuff in any discovery dispute in a civil suit.
However, my interest has always been piqued by Obama’s apparent inability or unwillingness to produce something as simple as a birth certificate. If the one displayed before on Daily Kos is not a fake, then why not produce the damn thing in court and then laugh and jeer at Berg as he is thrown out of the court house door? On the other hand, if it is a fake, I can readily understand the refusal to produce it in court and thus vouch for it under oath.
Personally, I have come to believe it is quite possible Obama was not born in Hawaii.

In light of Barack Obama’s refusal to release and make public the following:
• A certified, authenticated birth certificate. Persistent rumors over span of a year, won’t it be to his advantage that he quell it by simply showing a copy? How long it takes?

• College transcripts from Occidental, Columbia, and Harvard
• Senior thesis written at Columbia
• Writings from Harvard-did he write something extremely controversial, radical?
• Full medical records- he admitted he was into drugs at one time. What’s on his medical record that he refuse to release?
• Aren’t these typical documents a candidate should submit & reveal?
• McCain submitted everything
• His $700 million, illegal $, Mccain release all donors ,large or small?
• He has refused to release source of his ton of donors, under $200.
I think he is trying to hide his virgin birth.

I never thought of that one. I doubt it’s true, but it’s certainly not impossible.
I think it is a stunt for a photo op with his typical white grandma.
It also allows the Obama camp to diffuse Wright and Cone attacks, with him saying how can I hate my white grandma, and MSM spinning it as Republicans being so mean that they would attack even when granny is dying [of a hip injury].
If Wright and Cone go ahead, surrogates will have to repeat, if anyone excuses or defends Obama then they are supporting Cone’s divisive beliefs.

I do not give s**t if someone is embarrassed. This is still the United States not some third world corrupt dump like Kenya or Venezuela.

Obama could never get a job at the FBI or almost any employer. You provide documents as part of the employment process. If you cannot or you are not a citizen? No job.
My guess is he is an illegal alien.
We need to have lawsuits in all 58 (sic) states to get this clown to turnover the documents to prove he is qualified and a citizen. This is not a game. American men and women died to protect our Constitution. Obama is clown, an evil clown.
