Reminds me of the San Francisco mayor who said that gay marriage is here to stay whether you like it or not. In-your-face arrogance, presumptive and elitist. Both situations may lead to a backlash.

What’s wrong with the ballroom of a classy hotel, where chief campaign aides and prominent local politicians can gather to get snooted, the girls can cry in their beer and the top pols can make procrastinations for the future for the news media?

I remember how GWB was cheated out of his celebration party. I have not forgotten and should he eventually win I hope there are lawyers abound until at least January so this fool will not have a celebration also. There—now I feel better.

Uhm.....all presidential candidates plan big victory parties. Remember Bush’s big bash in front of the Texas capital building? It was canceled, of course, because of the election fraud Gore tried to do in FL, but all candidates have a big party planned to celebrate their victory. McCain will have one, too. This is a non-issue.
