I agree. There is a LOT we don't know yet. What I DO know, is that this is going to be a MASSIVE blow to Obama’s candidacy. He will be fighting THIS assuming that he isn't immediately disqualified. He will at the very least be HOUNDED for his records, and an explanation that he has thus far been about to skate along with out giving. it will be 24/7 “Obama when will you release your records to that court? Is Mr Berg Correct?! Are you still a citizen of Indonesia? Mr Obama have you ever been a citizen of another Nation???” and on and on and on.... McCain ought to challenge him in the debate to release all his birth and citizenship Records at the Debate Tomorrow. He flipped on the Public Funding, least he can do is release his personal records to Prove he is a Natural Born Citizen, and if he ISN'T, yea, BLAMO.

I wish you could shout that comment loud and long over the many threads that cover this subject. Many facts are confusing but one can be made clear if one fact is known.

That is if he traveled at a time he was of age on another passport. It would seem to be HUGH AND SERIUS (LOL)....... There must be rules about his applying to reinstate his American Citizenship without prejudice if it was removed while he was a minor. No one has quoted that rule as far as I know. Is there a limitation on time? Does he now travel as a senator on a diplomatic passport...issued and used illegitimately? He would be guilty of falsifying that application even if done for him...if he knew it to be false... it must be signed? Well I guess we will not know the truth in time to have the party certify another candidate. (ballots stay the same and electors vote as directed) If he takes office I guess we are looking at BIDEN? or PELOSI?...now that is ... words fail me! I do not know Biden's status in that event. What fun we are all having...better we all just go out and defeat him!

At the age of 21 he could petition to get his citizenship back according to the State Department, but then he would be a NATURALIZED citizen, not Natural Born. Thats where things get MIGHTY fuzzy, the founding fathers, while they clearly meant that that you could not have held any OTHER citizenship from any other Nation, did NOT spell it out specifically. Thats Going to be Obama’s line I am sure. It will come down to a SCOTUS Decision I am thinking.

I am thinking if Obama is disqualified, it will be Hillary who gets the Nod, she finished second. And I have to say, she is a FAR better candidate than Obama. I would not vote for her, and (swallows REAL hard) I could just barely stomach her. At the very least, I don't think the country will go utterly Socialist if she gets into office. But man, that would be one BIG up hill road, because seriously, who is going to trust Democrats after THIS?? Not to mention, she would only have 20 days to campaign. Not to mention pick out a Veep.
