I am thinking if Obama is disqualified, it will be Hillary who gets the Nod, she finished second. And I have to say, she is a FAR better candidate than Obama. I would not vote for her, and (swallows REAL hard) I could just barely stomach her. At the very least, I don't think the country will go utterly Socialist if she gets into office. But man, that would be one BIG up hill road, because seriously, who is going to trust Democrats after THIS?? Not to mention, she would only have 20 days to campaign. Not to mention pick out a Veep.

No real campaign possible. The media would do it for her and free. His name stays on the ballot and she gets to play the “role”.
The DNC Committee can name her or anyone else if before the election...after is a problem and if I expected trouble if Obama lost, I can not imagine the problems if he is removed.
