Some Hollywood Conservatives keep their politics a secret
As well they should!
How about a synopsis?
I don’t do links. Can you excerpt some of the article?
It’s a video talking about how Republican actors are keeping their political affiliation under wraps in Hollywood.
It's just not Hollyweird types.........
Pretty soon, you’ll have blackmailing of “outing” Republicans instead of homosexuality. Then they’ll be an “Out and Proud” movement.
I agree. It’s one thing for an actor or entertainer to espouse or model a “way of life” in their art of manner of living. It’s usually not either a good career move or even very effective or that person to tie it to a particular party or candidate. I can think of a few exceptions to that, but it’s generally the case.
I thought it was a law in Hollywood that conservatives in show business need to wear burkas.
For some reason, politics got into the discussion of my 10 year old daughter and she was asked who her parent were voting for by other girls. See told them McCain and they told her they could not play with her because their parent were voting for Obama.
My son told her that was the same as bullying and she needs to tell a teacher.
The oh so tolerant left now has affected 10 years olds. Disgusting.
Story... My son came home the other day talking about a new friend. My son told me this new friend had 2 dads. Of course this new friend wanted a play date with my son, Dad said no to his house but could come to ours. He came and the first thing he said was, Who are you voting for???? My son said, McCain... Obama is a liar. lol
Out of the mouths of babes.
bttt
It starts so early.
I’m female and over the years lots of women acquaintances have refused to “play” with me after figuring out that I’m pro-life and conservative. First they get angry (when they can’t argue my strictly secular points) and then I’m persona non grata.
And the libs preach “tolerance”!
The video mentions that Adam Sandler donated to Giuliani.
I’ve long wondered if he might be conservative — something about the underlying message in his movies: with kindness, hard work, and doing-the-right-thing anything is possible and good can triumph over evil.
Adam! Do you Freep?
I could be wrong, but best as best as I recall Sandler
supported Bush through two terms as well.
(shhhhhh!)
As should the Hollywood Liberals!

The assault on Gov. Palin has proven that conservative women need support. Michelle Malkin did a story on the double-standard of working women vs. working women. I ws driven to start a blog because of the assault on Palin by the MSM. I’ve never seen anything like it. It’s soooo much more than Dan Quayle-ing her, it’s a disease that has permeated “conservative” media and MSM alike. Libs always try to make Schafly the voice on conservative women, although we don’t have the luxury of her age to support many aspects of her mantra. I would hate to think this opportunity to expose today’s conservative woman - Palin - as something other than honest, hard working and family-oriented.
Alright FReepers - Sandler over Ferrell! They only listen when we vote with dollars. Blogging about Ferrell and disappointment.
